I recently moved to Pensacola a single woman making a new start. I found Pete Moore Volkswagen on an online search 2 days after moving here. I came without transportation and had no way to get around to find a vehicle. I called the dealership and was put in contact with Kyle Prell. I told him my situation and before I could finish my sentence he volunteered to come pick me up. Kyle is the absolute best car salesman I have ever dealt with. I have bought 10 new cars in my lifetime and this was the best experience of the 10 purchases. Not only was Kyle super but the whole team at Pete Moore went above and beyond great customer service. If you are not buying your car at Pete Moore you are not getting the service you deserve! If I move away across the country I will come back to Pete Moore to purchase my next vehicle. Women who are single and feel uncomfortable going alone to buy a new car because they may feel intimidated, should definitely go to Pete Moore for a non intimidating car buying experience. I never felt as if I was being taken advantage of or that I was getting a bad deal because I was a woman. I honestly can say when I walked away I was more than satisfied with the purchase price of my vehicle!

I didn't plan to buy a car that day. Leo Page approached me in a friendly way and was not pushy in trying to sell. He treated me with respect and answered all my questions that I had. He explained the options very well. He is a very cordial individual.

Had a great experience with Bruce. I wasn't even sure what I was in the market for but I had to replace a vehicle that was recently totaled. I gave Bruce a list of things that I wanted and didn't want in my new vehicle. He put me in a new 2015 Outlander which gave me everything that I wanted. Fast and flexible service from sales rep and finance manager. Mr. Fanucci was able to work the numbers so I was able to trade in my 2013 Tiguan for the exact car I wanted. I didn't have to settle on a car as I got the car I planned to get when going to the dealer. I was also there less than 3 hours which is great

Had a great time with my shopping experience with Billy, I went there to look at one car, the 2015 VW Golf Sportwagon S TDI. Look at and and took it home with me that night a very happy customer with the help of Billy and Aaron. I am very worried though now after seeing the news about the VW emissions scandal, I love my new car so so much, the reasons is for the size, shape, MPG and power but now I worry I may lose MPG, room and power with a future recall. I don't want this car to not change after the recall but with whatever happens I trust Pete Moore's VW to have my back, it isn't their fault but they will be able to fix it. Thank you again Billy!

Mark and Kim treated me really good. I had an unusual circumstance happen and Mark and Kim worked together to help get me into a different car. Kim really went above her call of duty to get me financed. The two working together really got me into a great car. I am so thankful to have worked with the two of them. Two great people!! Will definitely buy again with Mark!!!

We were dreading to go car shopping. We originally had the plan to just go look and see what we could find. Thats when we met Leo. From the start he was very personable. Asked us how we were and what we were looking for. Never once did he hassle us about credit scores or payment amounts. He never pushed us over a certain car and he just didn't have that "dealership persona". It was the best experience we've ever had and i would recommend this dealership and Leo to everyone! I absolutely love my new car and i couldn't be happier. We were also there pretty late, passed 7pm and the detailers stayed and detailed my car that same night so i wouldn't have to come back the next day. It was just a wonderful experience and i can't thank all of them enough for the service they provided.

I loathe the car buying process, but Leo was awesome. I called from New Orleans to get a better feel for the car before diving all the way to Pensacola. Leo gave a very accurate description and when I got to Pensacola he made the process seamless. He was very transparent and extremely conscientious to make sure he was meeting our needs. I do not often buy a new vehicle because I dread the typical excruciating experience which usually lasts all day and leaves you mentally exhausted.
