Third time sitll charming.

We recently purchased our third Volkswagen from Pete Moore and specifically from salesman, Cornell Jenkins. The entire experience was easy, fast and pleasant. Cornell took his time with us, showed us a variety of models and gave us information on the best deals. I highly recommend that you ask for Cornell when you are looking for a car and I can't imagine that you won't be as pleased as we have been each time.

Service Department

1st salesman didn't want anything to do with me. I went back because I knew what I wanted and a friend refered me to a particular salesman and he was great, Mike. Had a problem with a speaker right from the go, and this was a brand new Outlander. It had 1 recall after I had it for 4 months and I mentioned the speaker. It was confirmed that I needed a new one. A month went by when I scheduled my first oil change and I mentioned the speaker...'Oh, yeah we've had it here for a month'. Nobody called to update me. This was totally unprofessional and I made it known while I scheduled the oil change AND the speaker replacement. As I check my car in, service guy looks at me and said, so you won't be waiting. ......what???? 'It says you're dropping the vehicle off'. No, I'm not, I never said that, where am I suppose to go! I asked him if they even communicate around here....no answer. I ask if he has a ballpark time of service, nope. This is unbelievable....and I was actually going to go across the street to Pete Moore Chevrolet and trade the Outlander for a truck......not at that Dealership, they've shown their colors now!

Love our Bugs

We are back again. We purchased a Beetle Convertible last November. I am having a ball in it this summer with the top down and the wind blowing through my hair. Last week my husband decided he also wanted a Beetle to drive. Now I can't decide which car to drive but I always have a smile on my face. Kyle Prell was our sales rep as he was the last time. Kyle took very good care of us the first time and that is the reason we came back to him this time.

They really cared

Mark torrelli was out sales rep, he worked with me on my budget, finding a car I liked, and setting up the sale from a 3 hour drive away. Great sales guy and they weren't pushy at all. Highly recommended

Amazing customer service

I never knew looking for a new car could be such an easy and stress free experience. We worked Leo Page who was exceptionally knowledgable. The whole team at Pete Moore were polite, professional and truly focused on making our experience first class. We were undecided on exactly which SUV was right for us, but that wasn't a problem. They lent us a vehicle for the weekend to give us the piece of mind we needed before purchasing. As it turned out, the one we thought we loved wasn't right for us! We were so thankful for the ability to try it out for a few days before a potential purchase. We ended up leasing a VW. They worked with us through all of the possible financing/ leasing/ purchasing options to make sure we found the option that was best for us. We can't thank this team enough. Each and every one of them is invaluable. A huge thank you again to Leo Page! You were great to work with!

Best car buying experience in my life

If you need a vehicle, go see Stacy Riley at Pete Moore you won't be disappointed. Stacy really paid attention to my requests. The entire transaction went smoothly. I wish all salespeople operated at the same level of professional courtesy. Oh and I love my car!!!!

Best car buying experience i ever had--thank you

I have been thinking about trading in my car for awhile, just spontaneous and decided to look-- so glad I did, the Pete Moore team was great--salesman Bruce Harmon was great, very helpful on showing all the extras with my new car.

Love my Jetta!!

Buying my Jetta was exceptionally easy due to the great service received from Leo and Jeff. I knew I wanted a Jetta and they helped me pick the perfect car at the right price!

Quick/

Walked in not knowing what I wanted in a car/ walked out with exactly what I needed. Service from everybody was great. Also was not a lengthy process. Just had to acquire the required information and the process might have taken an hour to an hour and a half and I walked out with the keys a happy customer
