Cardinale Way Mazda When we arrived at this dealer, we
Cardinale Way Mazda When we arrived at this dealer, we felt comfortable. The young man that helped us was new and was trying to take care of us. We bought an CX5 and it was a big mistake. This is a nice street local vehicle but if you are going on a trip is horrible. The seat is for short term seating, and the gas tank is too small for a long trip. But the real reason for this review is to warn you about the dealership. They went from could have been a great experience to a rip off. Offers were made on our trade in and then they were not real after we review the documents at home. Part of this our fault as we trusted them. We got taken on the trade in and then when you sit with the finance people you are signing on a big screen with no details. Again, this is our fault as we trusted them! We got less money for a trade in all the extra warranties which I was able to cancel some after the fact were added and the cost was high. The point here is be very careful when dealing with this group, they act different, but they are like all other dealers!

We went in to checkout the Mazda3.
We went in to checkout the Mazda3. We had a set budget and we were clear from the beginning. We were down between 2 cars and made the decision to go with the Mazda3. After some back and forth on pricing and running credit, we were very close to finalizing a deal. We went in and then they proceeded to do the typical back and forth, telling us the numbers didn't work. We were told how much money they were losing on the deal, that they couldnt get the rate without increasing the price. So we contacted another dealer who told us they were able to beat that deal, ran our credit and got everything to work without any haggling or fighting. After we informed Cardinale Way, they asked us to send them the quote from that other dealer so they could match it, then all of a sudden they WERE able magically make it work. This entire 2-day back and forth frustrated us and made us doubt the honesty and integrity of the dealership. We had a simple process with the other dealership, did everything that day, went in and signed paperwork in under an hour and drove home in our new car, at the price and rate they promised.
