I worked with Lou and Doug. I knew what I wanted from test driving a Mazda in Tucson. I just called up and told them what I wanted and they gave me exactly what I wanted for less than my local car dealership offered AND they delivered the car to me here in Tucson for free the next day. Thank you Lou!

would highly suggest going somewhere else to purchase a

would highly suggest going somewhere else to purchase a vehicle. My sales guy was great, very attentive and responded very quickly to negotiating the deal. But like other reviews I have read, things got weird when they switched numbers at the last minute. The "optional" word they use is confusing, and they added first $1998. to that line, then 2 days later they switched it to $2998. then I asked what this optional line is and Sergio said its pretty much a bogus line, and that they are actually not giving me my full price they said they would give me on my trade in, instead taking more money from me to bring down the trade in that line. Also they tried to have me commit to the deal if they switch it back to the original deal Eric gave me. Not good business practice, mistake or not, the entire dealership seems to be unorganized, unprofessional or just flat out criminals. They lost a 90k deal today.

Loved my experience at CardinaleWay Mazda!! I was treated so well during my time here. Riley thoroughly explained everything I needed to know and answered all my questions. They offered me lunch and dessert! I walked away with a new 2025 Mazda CX5.
