Great, knowledgeable staff.
I was due for a scheduled service and recall fix and Daryl Thomas was so knowledgeable very thorough explaining what would take place during the service. I appreciate the service and care DTLA Audi provided.

I've always been wary of car salesman, often with good reason, but you've helped to redefine the stereotype. Thank you so much for answering all of my questions honestly, and making that multi-hour process to help me get into vehicle. You made it not as painful as it otherwise could have been. GREAT SERVICE
QUICK REPAIR OF MY A/C. THEY DIAGNOSED MY CAR AND HAD AN ANSWER WHAT IS WRONG PRETTY QUICK, A PART HAD TO BE REPLACED AND NOW MY A/C IS WORKING FINE. :-)
