They treat me and my car so well

Valentin is so helpful and nice. Everyone was very professional and I love my car and the help I get from DTLA Audi in keeping it running well

Great, knowledgeable staff.

I was due for a scheduled service and recall fix and Daryl Thomas was so knowledgeable very thorough explaining what would take place during the service. I appreciate the service and care DTLA Audi provided.

Great service!

Competent and friendly service. Fast. Nice, clean, and quiet waiting area. Competent and diligent representative who kept me up to date on progress of my service! I would recommend to all Audi owners!

Great Service

I just wanted to write you a quick note to thank Sam Zinniger for his honesty, dedication and for going above and beyond while selling me my Q3. I've always been wary of car salesman, often with good reason, but you've helped to redefine the stereotype. Thank you so much for answering all of my questions honestly, and making that multi-hour process to help me get into vehicle. You made it not as painful as it otherwise could have been. I'm happy with the car I purchased. You can be sure that if I have any friends looking to purchase in the future, I'll be sending them to Downtown LA Audi, and telling them to ask for Sam. GREAT SERVICE

QUICK REPAIR OF MY A/C. THEY DIAGNOSED MY CAR AND HAD AN ANSWER WHAT IS WRONG PRETTY QUICK, A PART HAD TO BE REPLACED AND NOW MY A/C IS WORKING FINE. :-)
