Great, efficient service
Everything at Audi DTLA was great. I loved how simple the appointment booking process online and the text messaging. Ricardo Melo was my service advisor and he was AMAZING and made sure my appointment was really efficient. He messaged me to check whether I was interested in coming in earlier and kept me updated throughout the process. I dropped off my car, signed paperwork and had an Uber ready to take me where I needed to go in less than 15 minutes. He double checked to make sure I was able to book Uber back through Audi and also made sure I got a small gift before leaving. Thanks Ricardo and Audi DTLA for a great experience.

Easiest car buying experience ever!
The dealership was very clean and nice. All staff were friendly, courteous, and professional. Nikki had the car pulled up when we got there and the process was smooth! And Sandra was very helpful in going over financing options.
