Mullinax Ford is a friendly dealership. The sales people are open, friendly and available without be pushy or overbearing. My new truck was clean inside and out with a full tank of gas.

Love the no haggle policy as that is what gives car dealers a bad name, in my opinion. Do your homework (the internet is a wonderful thing 😁), before you go and if they have the vehicle you want I think you will find their price is better than anyone else. Now, if you want to haggle with other dealers and MAYBE get down to the price that Mullinax is already at and spend hours dealing with that stressful task, go ahead, but I'll go back to Mullinax again and again. We have been purchasing our cars at Mullinax for over 20 years. The car buying experience is truly no haggle which we love because we don't have the time for it and don't enjoy it. The staff is like our family. We are welcomed with smiles, hugs, and appreciation! Shawn and Warren, who have been with Mullinax over 25 years are always so gracious to us, along with all of the Mullinax team, from sales to finance to service, we feel like family. Go see Jack - Amazing Beware there is no dealing set fees which takes all the upset stomachs out of the equasion On test Drive take your vehicle to auto zone to have it scanned for free ((salesman Jack told me about this service what a up front sales man) he does all he can to see your happy I most likely will return and give them referrals I dos have one glitch but we will see if they help me out Monday I’ll be over the moon if they put shocks on the truck I just paid cash for A independent garage said it needed them I already had to rotate tires the lugs were so badly rusted they had to be beat them off and new serpentine belt as well An independent garage is having a hard time finding correct size lugs for the after the after market wheels they do not want to put old lugs back on as they may not come off next time I’ve had it 4 days and it come with a 5 day 300 mile warranty if I don’t want it they’ll take it back I think that pretty cool so I don’t have to pay for shocks if I don’t really want I do really like the vehicle and want to keep it

I have been using there service center for 9 years have never had any problems their technicians are excellent the only place I take my truck for repairs
