Chris was extremely helpful with purchase. Took care of many things in advance to streamline purchase. He even drove to deliver something to me that I had left in my trade in. Doug was very friendly and helpful with paperwork. Great team!

First of all, I am sorry this is late.

First of all, I am sorry this is late. Secondly, I am a “mature“ female, who unfortunately has had to assume many responsibilities – one of them taking care of the car! Having the oil changed took an hour and a half, All the personnel that I dealt with were very caring, accommodating, and responsible. That meant a lot to me. On the lighter side, when I was almost home, I realized that the line on the oil gauge was in the center, I thought it should be all the way over to the right like it is when you fill up a tank of gas! I called my daughter to ask her about it; after she got done laughing, she explained it to me. I have a lot to learn . . . but not that much time in which to learn it . . . lol

I stopped to see a 2019 Yukon two weeks ago.

I stopped to see a 2019 Yukon two weeks ago. They said it was in the shop waiting on parts. I asked if I could see it. “No” Went back a few days ago when I saw it was listed again. Chris and I took test ride and I liked it a lot. I tried to trade a 2022 GMC Seirra SLT with fewer miles than the Yukon. The manager wrote up a trade and wanted $6999 difference. I said “ We’re too far apart”. The manager cut me off at the door and tried to block me from leaving. I had to go back and ask for my keys. They lowered the difference to $2999 before I got out of the city limits and again to $1199 before I got home. My new 2023 Chevrolet Suburban Prestige from Titusville Buick is extra nice. I didn’t get the manger’s name, but he definitely missed charm school.

I bought a brand new heavy duty pickup from Kaiser.

I bought a brand new heavy duty pickup from Kaiser. Spent 65k. After a few months, A/C blew hot air. Called Service. Said it would be a week for an appointment. Brought the truck in at 8 AM right on schedule. At noon they called and said they were too busy to look at it and come get the truck. I will never do business with these people again.

Horrible experience from the beginning with the

Horrible experience from the beginning with the collisions representative Mike, he does not even acknowledge you when you enter his office and always seems as if he is bothered , it did not get better dealing with Michael in the service department. The light fixed in my car from an accident is still crooked. They have had the vehicle seven times and cannot figure out what is going on with the sensors they replaced. Every time they evaluate the vehicle, I’m told something different. At one point, we were even told by Michael GMC has a lot of electrical problems that sometimes corporate has to come in and send somebody to try to figure it out. They have several in the service department right now with weird issues going on. I love my car and have cried over this. I wish I could post pictures in here because I would show the one headlight versus the other and how jacked up it is, but I’m told that is the best work they can do. Sad beware! I’m currently in contact with the insurance company to make sure this dealership is taken off the list and they are reviewing all the pictures I have sent them.

Kaiser Buick GMC, DeLand, Florida

Michael in service department is just awesome. He takes care of us as if we were family. I wish everyone would deal with us like that. Some businesses act like we are bothering them for them to take our money. Anyway, I could go on and on. Even Pete the sales manager is a great guy, and greets us in the waiting room like a friend. This dealership is what you strive to have represent GM. I am retired US Navy and appreciate respect and curtesy. Thanks Del
