Great place, no pressure, super happy I went in
I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership. Service was excellent, salesman and finance managers were great as well. Did not feel pressured, as a single mom that means a lot and they did everything they could to get me in my new car. I had a bad experience at another local dealership and was very hesitant about going to another, Peacock Ford made all that go away. I highly recommend this place to anyone who's in the market for a new or used car.

Disappointing service
I was hoping to purchase a Ford Edge. I had seen 2 cars that met my criteria at Peacock online and made two separate telephone enquiries at Peacock Ford whilst I was overseas. The representative said that they would advise me of the availability of the vehicles, on both occasions however I received no such information. I have subsequently been informed by Cars.com that the vehicles I had been interested in have been sold. Needless to say I shall take my business elsewhere!

What an unorganized dealership
This dealership is very disorganized just to start. Waste of time running back and forth getting items either installed or repaired. The final paperwork wasn't filled out correctly and still not fixed as of yet. I would Never go back there or recommend this experience to anyone. Stay clear as far as possible from this dealership.

Looking for a used car
Called dealer and made an appointment for 10 AM next day to see a used car that we liked on the internet. We live 2 hours away. Next morning we left, got caught in traffic. At 10 AM we got a call from the dealership and we told them we would be 20 min. late, they said they were looking forward to seeing us and would have the vehicle out front waiting for us. We arrived at 10:25 AM, after approximately 20 minutes of the sales person trying to find the car, the Asst. used car Manager came over and said they had sent the car to the auction. Would have been nice if they had called us before driving 2-1/2 hours for nothing.

Not impressed
After seeing/hearing the ads on TV & radio about the NEW Peacock Ford, I stopped in to price out a new Fusion Hybrid. Despite being located on a busy street, in a large city, the place was devoid of foot traffic. Once inside the showroom, I noticed plenty of staff, but I was 1 of 2 shoppers. Weird. The staff was nice enough, tho the salesman kept calling me "Mike" despite my correcting him each time [you have 2 customers in the showroom, the other being a woman, and you can't remember a name after being corrected several times in less than an hour??] This dealership isn't a good fit for me

Awful Service Department
Terrible service department in general. Took three visits for them to find a problem, because the technician and service advisor didn't actually look. On the third visit after the problem wasn't fixed (dead battery daily), I spoke with the manager, and coincidentally they found the issue that day. I asked if it was a difficult problem to diagnose, and the technician said no, he doesn't know why the previous visits didn't test for it. Lazy, rude service advisors who barely take the time to understand your cars issue.

Terrance Lee - Knowledgeable, helpful, and candid
Terrance Lee helped me purchase a beautiful Ford Fusion. He was candid and direct, very helpful and very kind. Everyone else I came into contact with through the sales process was also friendly, but I can't speak highly enough of Terrance.

The place to do business
I can say as an ex employee (moved out of state) that this is probably the best Ford dealership in the state of Florida for great deals and customer service. I've seen the managers go above and beyond to help customers out even though they didn't have to. The pre-owned department has some of the best deals out there. They don't waste their money on big fancy showrooms and latte machines. They put it into the inventory, the way it should be. If I ever move back to Florida, this is absolutely the place I'd want to be.

Professional, not pushy.
I did make an online inquiry regarding a listing. However, I did purchase a similar vehicle from an individual nearby. I received only two, very courteous emails from that dealership, and no annoying phone calls. I did appreciate that.
