Stefen was polite and knowledgeable. I thought I got a young kid i wonder how this will go? Through his questioning me as to what I wanted etc, not only did he clearly define my needs. We found the exact truck to meet those needs and 2 hours later I was out the door including the processing of my trade in. Great team work and singularly one of my best experiences purchasing an automobile.

I was Gavin's first sale. He was very informative, gave me all docs and records of the vehicle I purchased and was able answers all of my question with transparency. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment but it took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. The long wait has happened several times before. I will make other arrangements for future oil changes. The day after the oil change, there was an oil spot on the concrete where the truck was parked. Evidently care was not taken to properly wipe the oil off after draining.
