My daughter has wanted a Mustang forever.
My daughter has wanted a Mustang forever. She just turned 18 and found a 2024 preowned Mustang she really liked at Greenway. We went over and met with Omar, our wonderful sales associate. He took the time to talk with her and address any questions she had, took us for a test drive, and gave us the time we needed to discuss the purchase without any pressure. He took my negotiations like a professional (I wasn’t easy I will admit), and we came to an agreement on pricing and terms. This was my daughter’s first adult purchase and loan and we obviously wanted it to be right for her. He completely understood and worked with us with his manager and with finance. We then met with Paolo in finance and he was so kind and patient and ensured my daughter understood everything she was signing and all the terms of her loan. They both did their best to save us time and had the car detailed and ready for her when we were done signing. We did purchase some extra warranties (we want Paolo to make some income too) and they help my daughter to avoid any unexpected future expenses for a while. The bank came back with some requests like paystubs and statements and Paolo and Omar communicated very well and processed the documents quickly for us. I would recommend them and I have a very happy daughter driving her dream car. Thank you to both of you!

Repeated failures of the skid plate 5 failures.
Repeated failures of the skid plate 5 failures. The car barely crawled out to the customer pickup area before falling apart. Dashboard settings were returned with “Mykey”. All data erased. Thanks Ron

This dealership is terrible.
This dealership is terrible. They can’t do the bare minimum. Went in for an oil change, got my brakes and cooling system changes as well. They broke the brake caliper, didn’t reset my cars oil life percentage and didn’t replace the oil change sticker for the next service. I also usually pay with sunbit over the phone, multiple times with this dealership. But now for some reason I have to do it in person? So since I couldn’t even set up sunbit I had to pay half the price of the service(over $600) just so I can have my car for work. Honestly just a frustrating experience
