If ZERO stars was an option I'd have marked that, maybe

If ZERO stars was an option I'd have marked that, maybe negative 5 stars! The used car sales manager was at the car I'd negotiated before I drove 3.5 hours to purchase. He was using a gold paper stapler attempting to staple the convertible top trim back in place. Picture # 1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8 and 28 on this page do not show the convertible trim loose or falling off. When I arrived the trim was hanging off! It was hanging 5-6" off the car and the used car manager thought it was "fine", "there's not a problem, its just cosmetic!" I was very upset for being lied to. He said that they never promised a great condition car, that they only said it was fair! On there website they start at $12, 596 and then offer the discounts and. claim they are selling it for $8596. The top is in bad condition at best. They also went to great lengths to take xxxxxxto not show the huge peeling area on the trunk lid. Reed Nissan, is the grossest example of "used car salesman" shenanigans!

From the first contact I felt comfortable. Very very nice group of people. Every one of my encounters was perfect. I have been looking for awhile and their eagerness to please show a great company. And yes I did purchase a vehicle.

LATEST UPDATE: Director has not contacted me back at

LATEST UPDATE: Director has not contacted me back at all, nor do I believe he had any intention of doing so or investigating like he claimed. I’m confident he replied to save face for the dealership so to speak. UPDATE: It’s been almost two weeks and I haven’t heard back from the director, or anyone from Nissan. Pretty sure the director only reached out for the sake of making Reed Nissan look good, but they aren’t actively doing anything about this. *Sent the Director who replied to my email below and email Monday with the information he requested, haven’t gotten a reply.* *For context, the car is a 2020, Certified Pre-Owned Nissan Maxima SR that had less than 15,000 miles on it.* Last month, I bought a certified pre-owned Nissan Maxima SR. About a month goes by and I go into Firestone to get a wheel rotation, just to find out that the rear tires that were sold with the vehicle were past their shelf life, severely dry rotted and cracked. Firestone told me I needed to get them replaced ASAP. It took 4 days of calling (which got me no where) until I finally decided to go to the dealership in person to try and get this resolved. There was arguing back and forth until eventually I caved in to spending $400 on two new tires as I was at the dealerships mercy. I agreed to it, but didn't feel right about it as anywhere else that had anything past its shelf life would have the item thrown out. They claimed there wasn't a safety issue with these tires and that they can't go with what Firestone said, but if Firestone was lying to me they would've instead on selling me tires (and they weren't). The used car manager seemed to get upset/offended when I said that this was "bad business" and I stand by what I said. Two different technicians from two different car dealerships agreed with me, and even a manager over at a different Nissan dealership said selling me the car like that was wrong. I was happy with my purchase up until the tire issue, but now it's got me worried if there are other hidden issues. You guys made it seem like I was getting a really good deal on these tires when I shouldn't have had to pay for two new tires in the first place, The car I traded in was a year older, and had four 2022 year tires on it, and yet you gave me tires past their shelf life.

The absolute WORST customer service.

The absolute WORST customer service. The "Managers" cannot solve a single problem as simple as finding the keys to a vehicle. They speak to you in a dismissive tone and make you waste your time!

I went to the dealer to have a quart of transmission

I went to the dealer to have a quart of transmission fluid to my 2017 Nissan Versa Note. In talking to the service writer I explained that I had purchased 5 quarts of transmission fluid along with a filter and o ring from there two weeks before to have my mechanic service it. He had not notice the 5th quart. The service writer stated that there wasn't a filter on the transmission and two other service writer agreed with her. We then had to go the the parts guy who remembered me and show them that indeed it did take a filter. They then stated a shop price of 247 to add a quart since it would take an hour to cool down.. I won't go back to someone that doesn't know their product

Buyer beware!

Buyer beware! I have regretted my purchase since the second day I owned my vehicle. They only offer aggressive and defensive reasoning instead of coming up with a reasonable solution to the issue. I would never do business there again regardless of how great a deal it is.

I am very sorry for your experience.

Worst Experience Ever

The ABOSLUTE WORST customer service I've ever experienced and I've only had my car for 2 weeks. They kiss your behind like their life is on the line to get your money and then poof customer service no longer exists. NEVER buying from here again. Would NOT recommend. I would've given negative stars if it were an option.

took my 2008 Nissan Titan for a simple transmission

took my 2008 Nissan Titan for a simple transmission service at Reed Nissan in Orlando, FL. The service advisor informed me that the truck was low on transmission fluid and I agreed to have the service performed and the fluid filled up. However, one week later, while driving in Texas, the transmission failed. I parked the truck at a motel across the street from a Nissan dealership in Beaumont, TX, where the service technicians determined that a high pressure hose had not been properly replaced and had a crack, causing transmission fluid to leak rapidly. I contacted Nick R. at Reed Nissan in Orlando, but he stated that they were not responsible and would not help me. I am now stranded in Texas with a damaged transmission caused by Reed Nissan, with no help or assistance from the dealership.
