REED NISAN CLERMONT, FL. 34711 LIARS

Dear Whom, I just wanted let you know what a horrible experience I had at your dealership on January 7,2023. We had been working with one of your staff over the internet on a 2020 Highlander. It was a good experience and we decided to drive from Kentucky to see about purchasing the Highlander. When we arrived the staff greeted us at the door and referred us to a different sales person and that was okay. They explained the the staff working the internet sales did not make sales in person. The sales person we ended with was fine. The problem started when negotiating the price of the vehicle. A female sales manger spoke with use first and asked if $44,800 dollars would sell the car. I basically tried to negotiate a lower price. Then we started to leave and our sale’s person stopped us and asked us to speak with the sales manger Colin Sullivan and that is we’re the problem started. Colin would not come off the price. Then I explained I would take the car for $44,800 dollars out the door. I thought we had a deal. The sales person brung the paper work back to sign and not the price was $45,600 dollars. So Colin came back over and stated he did not say he would sell the car for $44,800 dollars. That is when informed Colin he was a liar and he did not denied it. After we figured out Colin was a liar and not a man of his word. I said we would just take the car at $45,600 dollars. I just cant believe you have people with no integrity employed with you dealership. I was very disappointed and I am going to contact your corporate office and let them know how I was treated. It is disappointing someone drives that far and treated very poorly. The next problem we encountered was with the finance person. To set behind the desk and tell me he could only find 7.5% for people that has a credit rating over 800 is very poor service. When you finance person told me the interest rate, I explained I could write a check for the entire amount and he said he wouldn’t sell the vehicle. He had to go check with the Colin and came back and said that would be fine to go ahead and write check for the vehicle. I explained we would just go ahead and keep it the way it was and so we could just leave such a toxic environment. It is sad for someone to drive 12 hours to a dealership and knowing they came that far to be treated so bad. I really thought a dealership tried to earn repeat customers. Maybe I am wrong and really this dealership is out for itself and try to screw every customer out of ever penny they can. I cannot wait and send this to the corporate office and post it on as many sites as I can to help make up someone else’s mind about purchasing a car at this dealership. In addition I know I have to get an inspection on this vehicle in the state of Kentucky. The sales staff or finance person failed to inform me on who to give it to or what to do with it.

They called and told me they can take my lease and put me

They called and told me they can take my lease and put me in a new car for the same price when to the dealer and they wanted to charge me two hundred fifty more for my lease I wouldn't recommend this dealership

Por management, poor customer service after Sale

I Do not recommend these dealer, as per Nissan HQs, Reed Nissan is a independent Nissan dealerships. For that reason, Nissan Consumer Affairs stated that clients have to work with your dealership's management to resolve this concern.

I bought a used Ford Fiesta ( I love the car ! ) from David Crayne at Reed Nissan . He was great , upfront and just a good guy about The whole experience. Thanks to the " Biden Miracle" dealerships have zero inventory of car . Didn't get any deal , still fair price . I will give them a shot at my scheduled maintenance and see how that goes . Tim Holt

Brought my 2020 Nissan Altima in for my second oil change

Brought my 2020 Nissan Altima in for my second oil change at 7400 miles. Drove my car home to find oil was leaking out of the oil pan drain plug washer. I took my car to a closer Nissan Dealer who confirmed that Reed Nissan had damaged the washer during the oil change. I had to pay for another oil change plus the washer for something that Reed Nissan created. My calls to Reed Service Dept go unanswered. This dealership has really gone downhill since I bought the new car in July 2022. Their salesman told me they had only 5 new cars in their lot and no business. I can see why they have no business with the manner in which they treat their customers. Shame on Reed Nissan. Buyer beware!

Abysmal service department.

Abysmal service department. Long-time Reed Nissan customer (3 vehicles purchased). My 2021 Rogue with 15,600 miles would not start. Had it towed in and the dealership said the fuel pump had to be replaced BUT, the part was on backorder and delivery would be 6 months or more. This, for a nearly brand new car, mind you. What about a rental vehicle so I have something to drive? Oh, sorry, there are no Nissan vehicles to be found in Orlando to rent. The service rep, whom I won't name, was indifferent and unapologetic. Wrote to the Reed Nissan General Manager. No response. After a week of this I got in touch with the service manager who, surprise, found a replace part at another Nissan dealership and a rental Nissan at a Hertz office across Colonial Drive at Sun State Ford. I will never again do business with Reed Nissan. My recommendation: do not under any circumstance do business with this company.

Awful service

Absolutely TRASH of a service. Brought my car in for an oil change and a recall service, and thought everything was fine. As I drove my car out all functions for the radio were not working, including the buttons on my steering wheel. The manager, Mr. Shawn is not only dismissive and crude, but made sure I knew that he didn’t feel like they were responsible. Now tell me, how a perfectly working car comes out of the dealership with an issue that wasnt existing prior to the appointment, and it’s SOMEHOW, MAGICALLY, not their fault? My lawyer is getting involved, I’m reaching to Nissan corporate and having this dealt on a level where people are actually intelligent enough to handle an issue, and take blame for something they are actually liable for. DO NOT use them, DO NOT let your car in the hands of these people they will destroy your car, and as I am reading all over the internet, I’m not the first and probably won’t be the last. Also reporting to BBB, this is disrespectful to me as a customer and to all of us who end up falling for this trap.

Daniel was super friendly & held the truck we chose for us. The price and financing were right on. The paperwork was mostly online and took just two hours.

I purchased a used 2020 Nissan Rogue fron Reed Nissan on

I purchased a used 2020 Nissan Rogue fron Reed Nissan on West Colonial Drive in Orlando FLorida on the first of July 2022. On July 5th 2022 I went to Reed Nissan at the above mention address to get an oil change, the following day after going to a near by Walmart to make some purchase as I reached my destination I noticed my car smoking. Upon investigation I noticed that the oil had exploded from the oil resovior. I took my car back to Reed Nissan and was told that the technician that performed the oil change neglected to properly replace the oil cap causing the oil to explode into the engine and the surrounding parts. Reed then proceed to inform me thatI could not receive my money back however,I would have to trade in the car that I bought less than a week ago and purchase another vehicle that was a 2019 and $3000 more. I pleaded with them that since they would not give me my money back that if they could give me the other car that I would have to purchase for the same price ( i.e remove the additional $3000) since it was clearly negligence on their behalf. No type of refund or attempt to resolve my disappointment in their shoddy and fraudulent service was offered. I am highly dissatisfied with their service and would like something to be done about this issue. I will never recommend this company or anyone to patronize this company.
