I went with your dealership as I have been happy in the

I went with your dealership as I have been happy in the past. In this case based on conversation I expected the "best" trade in for my 14K mile Civic. Following the transaction I'm pretty sure I could have gotten the same, at least, or even better from any dealership Honda or otherwise. I do realize the vehicle was in an accident so that set some expection for me but still, tjhe trade in was very low. Overall I was disapointed. I paid cash for the new vehicle and still after 10 days the payoff was not made to my bank cuasing them to call me for payment. I informed them of the trade in and that they could expect payment from SE Honda. I called in and spoke to finance and left the call witht he promise of tracking information on the check which I never recieved. I am hoping this does not impact my credit score. I was no happy about that transaction, especially that I called in and did not recieve the promised information. Additionally the finance person who spoke with me was handled things flipantly and I was not all that surprised that I did not hear back from him. Finally I paid cash for the vehicle and was still in the dealership for more than two hours, which may be normal it just surprised me as there was not financing involved. BTW, based on my past experiences I would still recomend this dealership. The form drove me to click no on the recomendation. I don't remember interfacing with Angel Ortiz

I have been a Honda customer since 2005 and have owned several Honda's passing them down to my children and grandchildren as need. Southeast Honda has always treated me fairly and Honda's reliability is a testimony in itself. I highly recommend Southeast Honda and there staff to include there service team. BWS 2-4-2026

I opted not to get a warranty on my vehicle and the

I opted not to get a warranty on my vehicle and the associate kept telling about all the sensors that could go wrong and be damaged and why I wanted I should get it. I began to question my decision on buying the vehicle because I thought Honda was supposed to be a good reliable vehicle. In the end the sales manager didn’t seem happy that I opted out of the warranty. Scott, tossed the purchase contract from his side of the desk to mine and said “there you go.” Once again I considered not taking the vehicle due to this being the conclusion to this vehicle purchase. I believe client interaction should be addressed as this was less than professional.
