From start to finish it was a painless experience.

From start to finish it was a painless experience. Josh was beyond helpful and took great care of me. I would totally go back to him again. Love the car and got a great deal. Jonathon took care of all the paperwork and that too was painless. Highly recommend this establishment.

Contacted them for invoice price but still haven’t

Contacted them for invoice price but still haven’t received. Keep wanting me to come test drive. Just wanted a price. If both can agree on price I will just buy the car.

The experienced was great, Angel the salesperson provide me the right information in base of my needs. Great person with a lot of acknowledge in his field and a friendly person. I recommended this place.

Called to get pricing on a used vehicle listed on their

Called to get pricing on a used vehicle listed on their website. Got the sales pitch about how different from the typical dealership they are. Then got into the details to be told how their $899 Dealer Fee is so much better than the typical dealer fee. All the typical smoke and mirrors. Don't expect anything but the usual Dealer Sc@m!!!

Excellent experience

Poor service

I can't recommend this place for service on your Honda. They needed to remove the trim and wheel well covering to replace a windshield washer part. They didn't get the trim put back on properly and it blew loose when were we driving the next morning starting on a long trip with the car. I just bought some glue and clamps and hope it holds until we get to where we are going. Stressful dealing with people that don't check their work.

Buying with Southeastern Honda

This is my second vehicle I've purchased through Southeastern Honda and I can honestly say they know how to treat there customers! From the Service Manager, Service Advisor and Gus my Sales Advisor, I give them all a 5 Star rating. They're a company of its word and stand behind their products.

Bad experience

Took way to long to purchase with every set before appointment. Should have not had to come back 5 minutes later for recall. Lied to repeatedly on time for EPC set up which is part of my contract.

BEST USED CAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE

Large Inventory of preowned vehicles to choose from. Friendly salesperson, was very knowledgeable and accommodating. all personnel including general manger and finance person were a pleasure to deal with.

Appt for oil change. Text msg came through that additional service for leak check $67.50 and differential mount upper/lower rip in mount for $280.72 needs immediate attention! Did not have work done after phone call to my Maryland mechanic. Oil leak noted later that day. Drain plug very loose/not tightened so we tightened it. After driving 950 miles back home took car to my mechanic. No rip in mount noted. Seems like an example of attempt to upcharge an out of town WOMAN coming in for an oil change! Wrong...plain and simple.
