A welcoming purchase
I recently purchased a 2018 Kia Optima SX Turbo and I love it!!! I was first greeted by Anita when I inquired on the vehicle through TrueCar. She is VERY welcoming, knowledgeable, fun and understanding. She takes the time to listen and answer all your questions and concerns as well as point out a few things you may not have thought of to ensure that the car you want to look at is available. When I arrived at at the dealership to meet Anita for my scheduled appointment, she greeted me with a hug and a smile asking how my day was. When I realized I interrupted her lunch *sad face* I told her I can come back, but she didn’t mind and insisted that things were ok. Anita then introduced me to my sales rep Alvaro Priano, an AMAZING GUY!!! Alvaro is the sweetest car salesman I ever met, knowledgeable, honest and a man of his word that goes above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable with the car you want. I test drove 3 cars and Alvaro made me feel comfortable like a friendship of 10 years even though we just met. He does not apply any pressure on your vehicle of choice but suggest that you take your time to ensure you are comfortable with your future purchase making sure you have everything you want in a vehicle. Once I decided, the vehicle I wanted was not on the lot so he personally ordered the vehicle I wanted from another dealership and had it towed by flatbed so no extra miles were added. He also, detailed the vehicle and kept in constant communication with me on the status of my vehicle until I picked it up (he offered to deliver it to me at my home but I wanted to drive it, *smile*). My experience at Miami Lakes Kia was an awesome one from internet inquiry, to sales and then finance which was an extremely easy process. This finance process was so simple that I didn’t mind being there for 5 hours. If you are looking for a car PLEASE reach out to Anita at Miami Lakes Automall, talk to her and have her introduce you to Alvaro!! They will both take care of you! I promise!!!

Hembert was helpful during the whole process, I would buy a car here again. Maybe the paperwork could have been shorter, but at the end I?m pretty happy with these guys.

Very helpful
Carlos Nunez was very helpful in finding me the car I wanted at a great price. He was even able to get me into a brand new 2018 with my budget when I had gone there looking at used cars. Great guy very nice and overall a great experience.

My worst experience ever...STAY AWAY!
My advice is regardless of how they make the deal look, go elsewhere for your purchase, such as a dealer that is specific for the brand of car you are interested in. My experience... I chose to give the " AutoMall" a try based on the reviews, however, my salesman was not knowledgeable regarding the details of the vehicle that I was interested in, nor did he attempt to facilitate the purchase. They would not honor the listed price on autotrader for the year-end new 2017 Tahoe, which was lower that the price on the dealer website. The autotrader price went down by $2000 between 10am and 2 pm to roughly $46000. The mileage listed was only 12 miles on the dealer and autotrader site, but I was told that the vehicle was a demo with 4000 miles and that had been accounted for in the pricing. I asked for the bottom dollar at which point he said a manager would call me back. While waiting for a manager to call me back, the price went up to $50000 online. The manager never called so I called back the following morning and noticed the price increased again to $51000. The manager I spoke with, Fernando was not willing to listen to my concerns, nor offer a solution other that try to sale me another car. When that didn't work, he put me back on the phone with the same clueless salesman that I originally dealt with. We had a cordial conversation about how he has no idea as to what is going on and how the answers he gave were contradicting everything that was listed regarding the car. He then informed me that the car had just sold the evening before. My question was if the car sold the evening before, why was is still listed for sale on both websites at an increased price,,,he had no answer. My next question was why is it shown as having only 12 miles on both websites when he says it has 4000....he had no answer. This is not anyone to do business with and I have interacted with many dealerships that were a lot better than this joke.

Satisfying Purchase Experience
My purchase experience at Miami Lakes Auto Mall met all of my expectations. From the salesperson Mr. Pedro Molina, Mr. Rubin, the Sales Manager up to the General Manager Mr. Fred Senra were very helpful and knowledgeable during this transaction. They worked with me and showed me the best option to make the purchase of my new 2018 KIA Sorento a reality! Thank you very much I really appreciate all of your help and expertise!

Great Service
After purchasing our first car at Miami Lakes Automall Kia, we decided to come right back to purchase our second car. Carlos Nunez, our sales representative, had great customer service!
