Phone service scheduler did not inform me that my airbag

Phone service scheduler did not inform me that my airbag recall appointment would take 3 to 3 1/2 hours, and that the dealership recommended I leave my car overnight in case any problems came up. Everything turned out ok because Rodney, my 'Service Assistant' was able to expedite my the airbag replacement, and get my car washed, as well. Great job, Rodney...thank you so much!
