Very dissatisfied.
Very dissatisfied. I got there 3:13 for a oil change and tire rotation. My car was ready and sitting outside Susan was the advisor. She did not notify. By was now it was way pass 4pm when I went outside to enquirer , found out my car was ready and she still had the paper work , not sent to the cashier . This is my first time going for service since Urie Salmon left . With Urie as my advisor he was so thorough, I never had to ask any questions, he would explain everything. He sure was a GREAT ASSET to your company. I did ask to have Susan call me today so she could explain why a filter that was supposed to be installed was denied. I am still waiting for her call. Not good for customers.

Stress Free and Seamless.The entire process of purchasing my car was so easy, it was unreal!!! I was not planning on exchanging my car but Carlos Moreno was so kind and professional and was super prompt and polite. He explained the whole process, asked for few documents and 4 weeks later he scheduled & I came to pick up my car !!!! Customer service like this is so hard to find these days!!! I may never step foot in another car dealership again!!! Saving hours of my precious time!!!

It was great experience, very professional , no hassles. The GM Ali Chamas was professional and convincing. He truly earned my business with his honesty and by helping me select the right model for the comfort of my family. Ed Hawas was another pleasant experience. He was curtious and very knowledgeable about the brand and the model. He explained all we needed to know about the car. He respected our time and get this done very quickly. The F&I manager Adil was professional, he had all paperwork ready and was quick. It was great to have all the paperwork on a USB drive. Overall it was outstanding experience we will definitely recommend the dealership and the people who works there to all our friends and family. You truly earned a loyal customer
