Excellent customer service and very professional at what they do. Gonzalo made everything possible to give us a good deal and he did. My wife was able to get a great car for our little family and our baby coming up... I certainly recommend Gonzalo for making a great effort to get a new car CRV for my wife. I had to come in to replace a part. I didn’t have an appointment & he was able to get me in immediately. Not only did the part get replaced but he also made sure they did a full inspection on my vehicle. I’m very happy with the service I received! Should have more employees like him representing your company.

Vada Fernandez is exceptional.
Vada Fernandez is exceptional. I have NEVER had such a positive experience at a dealer service department in my life. She treated us like living people. She didn't just process us. She was able to accommodate travel for us to a local restaurant so we could get lunch while we waited for our vehicle so we didn't have to wait around the dealership. I absolutely hate to do that. I have to admit that my experience with Braman's Honda Service Department has been "inconsistent" in the past but I will actually look forward to my next appointment. Incidentally, the Sales Department at Braman Honda has always been our favorite.
