WORST experience I ever experienced with Honda. It took 2 hours for my to receive a oil change. My advisor Krystal was no help either. She didn’t keep me updated and I had to look for her after two hours of waiting. After I found her, she told me it’s only been hour and a half, even though I been there for two hours. By far the WORST advisor I had also. Her attitude was nonchalant and unapologetic. My last advisor Jasmine kept me update through everything durning my last service.

Nick was great, Braman dealership not so much.
Nick was great, Braman dealership not so much. There is no free service to the customers while waiting like food or drinks. There are vending machines and free coffee which I feel like as a customer I shouldn't need to pay for. Even with an appointment you are still waiting for at least 2 hours or more.
