Amazing customer service.
Amazing customer service. I drove thirty minutes just to come to this Honda, because the Honda near me had such terrible customer service. Jarred was in contact with me all week checking in to prepare for our appointment. I’m, my financial assist, was helpful, negotiated with me, and made sure I walked out with a price I was comfortable with. I did a trade in, was well taken care of, & walked out with a new car! Happy customer. I will be back :) thank you to my team!

Customer service top notch. Jasmine was awesome as usual. They provided me with round trip to home and back when more time was needed on my car. I never have that "I don't want to service my car" feeling any more.

Car is 4 months old with 10K miles.
Car is 4 months old with 10K miles. Tech told me to turn on windshield wiper, saw streak on the windshield. He said that at the mileage he recommends new wipers because they are too told. When I told him that the car is 4 months old and questioned his logic. He told me that he is only doing his job. Tech told me that tire rotations was $24.99. He charged me $45 - he told me that the charge was $45 because I was being comped wheel balancing. When I questioned him about the logic of comping someone something, he could not give me a straight answer. While going to the bathroom- I overheard a manager say: “it’s Saturday, no one gets a break (referring to customers) today - Saturday is for making Money”. Based on these experiences - I would not go back to this dealership.

All was good but the wait was long.
All was good but the wait was long. My service adviser was great! The only thing missing was I had to ask someone to explain my results for the service check points.
