Lee Fonseca was excellent sales rep.

Lee Fonseca was excellent sales rep. She gave a good explanation of the features of the vehicle and very helpful during the test drive and overall purchase of the Honda Pilot certified pre-owned vehicle purchase. We will definitely recommend Lee to my contacts for any future needs for the vehicle purchase. Mr. Om Prakash was very helpful during the financing of the vehicle and able to complete the process very smoothly and quickly.

Braman is an A+ Dealership. Selling cars with Honor, Integrity, Professionalism, Customer Service and at a Fair Price is how they operate. Period. I live in Arkansas. I was searching online, CarGurus, Carvana, CarFax etc. for a very specific older model Honda with very low miles. I found an ad for the car I wanted at a reasonable price but my heart sank when I noticed at the bottom of the ad that this car was located in South Florida, 1350 miles away from my home in Arkansas! Oh dear!! But, I wanted that car! So, I clicked to open a chat with the dealership knowing that they wouldn't respond after hours on a Sunday. However, to my surprise Aylin Fernandez, A REAL PERSON in sales DID respond - her chat personality all bubbly despite it being a Sunday night away from her family!! Aylin was so helpful and responsive and eager to help that shortly thereafter, I gave her a deposit for the car knowing I'd have to: 1. Fly to West Palm Beach and 2. Drive the car all the way back to Arkansas. I was a bit apprehensive as I knew that once I flew to the dealership, the car might not be what it seemed and then I'd be stuck with travel costs. What if they hit me with hidden costs or upped the price? After all, the dealership would have me right where they wanted me. Right? I felt like I was taking a big risk. But, that wasn't the case at all. Aylin and the folks at Braman treated me like a VIP who was purchasing a top of the line 2023 model. Moreover, my car was in BETTER condition than they had previously described. READ: Better Condition!! We had a major unforeseeable hurdle that Luis and Bassam (managers) ironed out in a very honorable and professional way - very much to my satisfaction. i.e. They 100% kept their word and maintained the integrity of the dealership. We had a couple other challenges that they handled in the very same way. I admit that I'm a fairly demanding buyer with a tendency for making nit-picky requests. Yet, they handled me with nothing but grace and professionalism. Thanks Guys! I want to thank my sales person, Aylin for making this purchase an enjoyable one that left me regret-free and for all the hard work after hours she put in....for the extra photos she sent me and the quick responses to my communications. Thanks also to Om, the contract man for his communication skills explaining every part of the complicated paperwork. When I am again in the market for another car, I will have to give Braman a call to see if they have what I want - despite the distance. This purchase was WORTH the travel cost and time spent. If you live in the West Palm Beach area and are in the market for a car, it's a "no brainer". You visit Braman. Oh yes, and ask for Aylin!!! ;-)
