My experience started out rocky- I first came in March
My experience started out rocky- I first came in March and they diagnosed the issue and needed to order a new part. The part came in but the original service member I was working with no longer worked there so no one ever followed up until I called around the time the part was supposed to be in. They ended up having to reorder the part and finally, in August I was able to get my car fixed. Frankly we did not start out in a great way, but it was completely turned around when Jasmine took over as my service advisor, she was above and beyond helpful and communicative. She even checked in after I picked up the car to make sure all was well. She is such an asset to the team!
