Flawless Car Shopping & Buying Experience at Maher
I was shopping for a Chevrolet Spark with standard shift on the internet, Cars.com got in contact with Dealers having this model, those Dealers then contacted me. As it turned out, Maher was the only Dealer having 2 of these cars, but other less than honest Dealers contacted me stating they had one. Maher made the buying experience easy & painless. They knew I was near 100 miles away & went out of their way to accommodate me. There was a slight miscommunication at first but I was quickly contacted by General Manager Bob Towler that put me in contact with his finest Associates, Robert Poole & Zach Bacon. I can't say enough about these fine men. There were absolutely no games here, they knew what I wanted, they delivered my car in record time. I told them when I would be there, the car was ready, detailed, & waiting, all I had to do was sign & drive. Thank you Guys, I certainly will consider you when buying & recommend you to anyone interested in a Chevrolet. Keep up the good work.

Camaro
Very happy with our camaro purchase at Maher. Price we paid is what we expected. No hidden costs. Very polite sales consultant Bob Potter made sure our purchase went smoothly. Even though we got there shortly before their closing time, he made sure that before we left we had our full tour of the dealership and our car was detailed and ready to go. He even took his time going over all the features of the car with us until we were completely familiarized with the car even though we didn't leave there until well after their closing time.

Unhappy customer
Unhappy, had car in for service, spear tire and Jack was taken out and not replaced. Had flat tire on my car and was unable to to put spear on, when I called lady tells me oh well service department is closed call back tomorrow. Really I am stranded.

Spoke with Ms. Foran 5/22/18 and informed her that her vehicle was built from the manufacturer with a TIRE INFLATOR ROADSIDE KIT. Vehicle is not originally equipped with a spare tire. She was receptive and appreciative of the informative information. Thank you Ms. Foran for allowing Maher Chevrolet Service the opportunity to explain.
Worst experience i ever had with a dealership
My fiancee and i purchased a used 2004 chevy avalanche. It had a few small issues. Sales man put in writing that issues would be fixed. Had to go to another dealerbto have instrument cluster replaced. Was supposed to fix noise in dash. Noise still there after they had vehicle for nearly 2 weeks since vehicle was purchased. Was never told lein was on title. Now the teuck sits in drive way cause temp tag ran out. They just received title with lein lifted. Again. They cant even apologize for the tags nor the continuing problem in dash they said they would fix in writing. Dealership seems to think its not their problem. They should have said abaout lein so we could file for extension. Now they wont return phone calls to address the issues if tags and noise in dash. Will never use this dealership again nor will i recomend them for anything. The only reason they have stars on this post is because you have to give at least a one star to post.

Maher is great - Tire Warranty Sucks
I can't say enough good things about the dealership. I bought my Volt new in 2013 and still drive past a few Chevy dealerships to take mine back to the best service department in town. My only complaint is related to something out of their control - the crummy tire/wheel warranty sold with new vehicles. I paid $500 "stupid tax " for this five-year contract that is owned/maintained by Safe Guard Products International. Had my first road hazard tire blowout on a Tuesday night (at 4.5 years into the contract); and had the tire replaced early the next morning. Called the next day to place a claim for reimbursement. Claim denied because I was supposed to call Safe Guard before anything was done (even though they weren't open - and there's nothing on the front of the contract stating that). It's not mentioned when you purchase the contract - and I had to use a magnifying glass to find it mentioned in the middle of the tiniest print I ever seen). I guess I was supposed to leave my car on the side of the road until after they opened the next day - right. Learn from my mistake - tire/wheel protection is a total joke. Don't do it!!!

2016 Preowned Corvette Coupe Z51 3LT Arctic White
2016 Preowned Corvette Coupe Z51 3LT Arctic White with Adrenaline Red interior was previously at another Dealership with identical mileage and same VIN Number 1G1YM2D72G5102478 priced at $51,499 at the end of May 2017. When I attempted to purchase vehicle for the same price the Maher Chevrolet, the management at the dealership stated they could not sell the car at that price. Huh? The dealership has a difficult parking situation for customers, you just have to try and find a spot to your car anywhere.

Good communication and honesty
I was shopping on-line and saw a new corvette priced too low to be real. After receiving a phone call and discussed with a sales associate the dealership checked into my request for an out the door price. A day later the admitted a mistake on Internet pricing and offered the car at the correct price.
