I arrived at the Crown Acura Service Department area
I arrived at the Crown Acura Service Department area which was my first visit to the dealership due to a recall notice for my 2024 MDX. The Service area was clearly marked and I was greeted immediately by a service employee who took my personal information and confirmed my appointment and then directed me to the Acura hospitality area next to the showroom. Shortly after grabbing a coffee Bart Bartley, a service advisor, contacted me and went over the recall notice and had me sign a few service documents. I had a couple questions about oil change maintenance and waxing recommendations and Bart answered my questions and introduced me to their finance advisor, Jay Rudio, who explained their ceramic coating option by Triton. He showed me the vehicles in the showroom that had the ceramic coating and I was very impressed with the luster and finished look of each vehicle and I’m strongly considering getting the application done for my MDX. The recall check for a brake pedal pin took about 30 minutes including the multi-point inspection. Bart offered a complimentary car wash with the service call but I had just washed my MDX and didn’t need the wash. Considering this was my first visit to Crown Acura, I was very pleased with the service, the employees were very friendly and helpful and the facility was crystal clean and customer friendly.

John in the service center is the nicest guy. Plus he’s honest with timing and quotes. There are never any bait and switches (like what happens at a lot of service center). And, most importantly, never once brought my car in for service and had to take it back for the same thing again (other than regularly scheduled service) Crown Acura is the best!
