In a few short words, the entire experience of buying a used car was exceptional, starting from the immediate greeting at the door, the detailed inspection and test drive with Richard, and the sales paperwork with Johnathan. They left us with a beautiful RDX, a full tank of gas, two new tires and a big Ole grin on our faces. Chris is the absolute best salesman ever. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. Super helpful and got me the perfect car. all of my questions and concerns were answered before I had to even ask him anything. He will tell you everything you need to know and will not waste your time talking about non relevant things which I appreciate. Best experience ever hands down!

My name is Gordon Parsons. I am from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada wintering in Largo. While here I encountered problems with my 2017 Acura MDX. The alarms were going and the vehicle wouldn’t start. I took it to Crown Acura where the service I received was second to none. My service advisor was Logan Lane. He filled out all the paperwork and set me up with a Loaner Vehicle. I was on the road with a Loaner within 1 hour of arriving at the dealership. The next day Logan called me to advise me of the problem and the repair. Parts had to be ordered from Canada. He kept me advised of the anticipated delivery and repair. The vehicle was repaired promptly on receipt of the part. The whole experience was seamless from beginning to end. I would strongly recommend Crown Acura service advisor Logan for a job well done
