I went in because my key fob stopped working. Muhammad guided me and they swapped my battery out in two minutes and didn’t even charge me for the labor. Super nice guy.

Muhammad noticed my cabin air filter was completely clogged and replaced it quickly. He didn’t charge me crazy dealership prices either. Really appreciate the honest help.

Came in under the Costco Auto Buying Program for a 2026 4Runner SR5. They had my perfect options choice in route from Japan. Traded my 2021 Ranger Tremor pick-up. Very smooth, no-pressure experience and transaction. Our sales rep, Tarek, was cordial, professional and great to work with and very patient with my 1,000 questions. Also dealt with sales manager, Jim, and he was very cordial, professional and helpful too. Finance rep, Mike, also very cordial and professional, took care of us to finalize paperwork and payment and purchase of extended warranty. Lastly, met Jesse briefly in parts/accessories and he was a great help in selecting my all-weather, 4Runner logo floor and cargo mats. Excellent experience overall, and I love my new 4Runner.
