Muhammad helped me get new wiper blades installed before the heavy rains started. He was quick polite and made sure I was out the door in ten minutes.

I went in because my key fob stopped working. Muhammad guided me and they swapped my battery out in two minutes and didn’t even charge me for the labor. Super nice guy.

Also dealt with sales manager, Jim, and he was very cordial, professional and helpful too. Finance rep, Mike, also very cordial and professional, took care of us to finalize paperwork and payment and purchase of extended warranty. Lastly, met Jesse briefly in parts/accessories and he was a great help in selecting my all-weather, 4Runner logo floor and cargo mats. Excellent experience overall, and I love my new 4Runner.
