    Car buying experience was great. Custom car order showed up on time and exactly as ordered. My sales person was very knowledgeable and keep me up to date... with my order status. Would definitely go back and recommend this location to anyone else.

    Best buying experience ever. Friendly and courteous staff willing to work with us to formulate the sale. Salesman, Sales Manager, and accounting associate... were excellent to work with. Other Lakeland auto dealers should take customer service lessons from you folks.

    Please, just ask for Rick a salesman who knows everything about the car he sells. I literally leased the car the same day I test drove it. The whole group... made it a breeze. Saved time and money thru the whole process. By the way, I love my new X2.

    Tried to replace parts that have been replaced two weeks ago. Outrageous repair bill for repairs that do not need replaced. A rip off place.

    This is my 4th lease from Fields in Lakeland, FL & it was the best experience yet. My Sales Advisor, Mike, was so pleasant & helpful & patient. I feel... that I got a great price on my new car & it was fun to order it the way I wanted it to be. Thank you to Fields, & especially to Mike Wagner.

    I recently leased a new 320i BMW. I have been a happy customer of Fields in Lakeland for over 15 years. Tom Swackhammet is my Sales Representative... and he has always provided me with excellent service before and after my purchase. Gary Gordon is an excellent General Manager who always has time to discuss any concerns I may have.

    Rick Cutts was our salesman and he did a great job. He made buying our 320i 2017 so easy. He's a great salesman and knows his stuff. I will be back in... a few years to step up to a 4 or 5 series.
