Let the games begin
On 1/25/20 we went to Miracle Toyota and it turned into a night mare. My wife liked the car she picked out but when we went inside to get a quote it went down hill fast. They brought us out a quote that was pretty much a joke. After telling her yesterday about incentives from Toyota and when we are there they mention this several times as well. The quote they bring her does not have not one incentive from Toyota on it. And they start right off with the pricing game and telling her this is what it is. They then bring out the manager who goes into well what do you want to pay. And she tells him and his answer back is 50 to 60 more then what she said. The whole experience came across as we want as much as you are willing to pay because we have our quota to meet.

Best dealership in town!!!!
Bought new 2020 Toyota RAV4 XLE Pros: 1) best salesperson Michael Stephany, he is nice, patient and friendly. He didn't waste my or his time, he just gave me the best deal in town right the way, with a huge discount!!!!!! Thank you very much, you are an amazing guy, without you I would still shop around :) He gave me almost 18% off from MSRP. MSRP was $29 176 + tax and fees, they agreed to sell it for me for $23 935 plus tax and fees. So out the door price total was $26 847; 2) Dylan Conde was an insurance manager. Very nice and helpful guy!!!! Even I didn't agree for his quote I decided to call insurance company myself, that I could get better quote. He wasn't upset instead he said he would help me to find the right one and he did!!!! Thank you, you an amazing person!!!! 3) Andres Henao, finance manager was at first very unfriendly but by the time he changed and even started make some jokes lol. I had a blast talking to him, because he did explain some finance stuff for me that I didn't understand lol. But he got pissed by time lol even called me "cheap", lol year right I am cheap with my own money. I don't get them from the air, I working hard for them, lol. So I try squeeze any penny that I can. But over all he is really nice guy and funny!!! He just need to smile more ;) 4) they except down payment paid by credit card up to $5000; 5) complimentary coffee and tea; 6) good waiting area with TV. I'm really happy with my purchase!!!!! Thank you guys for everybody who helped me to make it happen!!!!!

Run away from these thieves
Mentir, enganar, enganar, desonesto. Algumas das palavras mais precisas para descrever esta coleção de golpistas. Eu daria menos de 1 estrela, se possível. No meu caso, levei um veículo antigo para o serviço de garantia e, meses depois, comecei a receber chamadas de cobrança pelo milagre de terceiros contratado. Os gerentes de serviço me disseram que cuidariam disso e, meses depois, as ligações recomeçaram. Eles admitiram apresentar a documentação incorretamente, mas se recusam a fazer qualquer coisa a respeito. Eu nem aceitaria um carro grátis deles se isso envolvesse ter que lidar com eles novamente. Mentir, engañar, engañar, deshonesto. Algunas de las palabras más precisas para describir esta colección de estafadores. Daría menos de 1 estrella si es posible. En mi caso, tomé un vehículo anterior para el servicio de garantía y luego, meses más tarde, comencé a recibir llamadas de cobranza por el milagro de terceros contratado. Los gerentes de servicio me dijeron que se encargarían de eso y meses después las llamadas comenzaron nuevamente. Admitieron haber presentado documentos incorrectamente pero se niegan a hacer nada al respecto. Ni siquiera aceptaría un auto gratis si implicara tener que tratar con ellos nuevamente.

When they messed up my title, they sent me a check
They at first sent me my car title without my bank as the lien holder, so I had to go to the DMV to get this taken care of. The DMV charged me around $78 to do this, so I contacted Miracle Toyota and they sent me a check in the mail within a week of my contacting them! I was really impressed and haven't had such good customer service in a long time! I am glad I bought my car from them! This was also my first car purchase and I was all by myself and besides having to wait for a long time to have all the paperwork and bank stuff in order, it went pretty well and was not too difficult! However, they did at first try to charge me for their included warranty, like $2k extra, but they took it off and then it seemed like a fair deal and I took it!

Worst place to buy a new car
"Worst service ever" I found the worst dealer ever. I bought Scion 2016 and Toyota Prius 2017. The service is very poor. I’m asking for a doc since May 29, 2019 and today I still waiting. Today September 20, 2019 I visited again and nobody from finance were able to receive me. After many pagers the receptionist ask directly to one of them and the answer - in front of me- was I dont have any one right now but I’ll be busy. I decided to abandon the place very disappointed. I’ll never recommend to do business on this place.

Exelente servicio de David sala en la comprar de una Toyota highlander del año 2016 escucho cada detalle y nos complacio de principio a fin en la compra del auto. si el servicio de David no hubiera sido de la forma profesional lo mas probable hubiera comprado el Auto en otro dealer pero trabajo el Caso hasta que salimos complacidos con la compra del auto..si fuera a reitiarlo de daria 5 estrella a su servicio.

Javier Agurto is a miracle at miracle toyota
Went in for service and was met by a sales consultant and showed me all options to possibly trade in my vehicle;. After thinking about it i decided to come the next day and do business and i must say they work great as a team keep up the good work guys!
