I went to a Lakeland dealership since it was closer to my new home but wasn't satisfied with their attitude about my question so made an appointment back at Miracle and they didn't disappoint. I'll be back. It's worth the extra travel.

Lying, cheating, deceiving, dishonest. Some of the most accurate words to describe this collection of scam artists. I'd give less than 1 star if possible. In my case I took a former vehicle in for warranty service and then months later started receiving collections calls by the third party miracle contracted for it. The service managers told me they'd take care of it and then months later the calls started again. They admitted to filing paperwork incorrectly but refuse to do anything about it. I wouldnt even accept a free car from them if it would involve having to deal with them again.

Coffee and water, tv, vending machine, computer charging stations, numerous tables for privacy... you can relax, read, get some work done, etc. fast diagnosis. Customer rep keeps you updated on your car’s progress and answers any question. Shuttle bus to local mall available. Long repair? Ride home if within radius. Melissa is the best!
