I brought my vehicle in at about 1:40, my appointment was at 2:00. It’s 3:20, guy came in after me in a red covert, he just left in his cool car! The kid that checked my car in had me stand there and wait, he was the only one in the area. Now there are 4 and they are just hanging out. I would not even give this dealership a 1 star. From now on I will go to the 15 minute places and take my chances. This place is a joke!

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand your frustration with the wait time during your visit to Victory Layne Chevrolet. We encourage you to reach out to us directly so we can discuss your concerns further. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Sincerely, The Victory Layne Chevrolet Team
I sincerely believe that this service department is crooked and what happened with my vehicle today was deliberate and intentional. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change ONLY--declined other services discussed (specifically, tire sensor replacements and tire rotation). When I got there, I had three sensors working and functional with only one not working. When my vehicle was returned to me, none of the sensors worked.. not one! I spoke to two technicians--one was not very friendly about the matter while the other one was. However, he advised me that when they do a tire rotation, that if one of the sensors is out, then that will cause the rest of them not to work because they would have to be "relearned" or something to that effect. The problem is that I specifically requested that they NOT rotate my tires at all. Then, when I mentioned this to the technician, he said if it wasn't on the paperwork then they would not have rotated my tires. So, now we are back to my initial question. If my tires were not rotated & then why is it that none of my sensors work now? Also, this did not happen during my last visit a few months ago. The same ONE sensor was out while the remaining three were still working. When I got my car back, it was the same as it was when I dropped it off. Why is it different this time? It should not be. I should have three sensors still working. The reason I believe it was deliberate because this is the 2nd time the advisors have been trying to get me to change ALL the sensors as opposed to just the one, stating it makes things a bit "difficult" to only change the one. Each time, I specifically communicated to the advisor that I simply cannot afford to do them all right now. So, now that none of my sensors are working, it makes me feel that they deliberately messed with my tires somehow (rotation or something else) to try to force me to have to get them all fixed. With all the rising costs, doing so is not in my budget at the moment. I had planned to get them taken care of as soon as I could afford to, but now I have to travel while not feeling completely safe since I can no longer monitor my tire pressure via the sensors. I have submitted my grievance to management and will await a response. Until then, they have lost a customer.

Brian Desala and Victory Chevrolet are a great place to buy a car. Honest and straightforward, no game playing. Had my deal on a new Chevy done in a couple hours and we were out the door with the car. Brian set up our phones and Onstar and explained every thing on the dash and screen menu.

Had a service appointment for January 8th. Dropped off in the afternoon of the 7th. My car sat outside for six days before they even got it in. I received no communication from the service department. My text message, email, phone messages, all ignored. When they finally got my car in, I was quote $1100 to drain my fuel tank. What a bunch of crooks. I wouldn't let them service my weedwhacker. I'm actually a 24 year Chevrolet Dealer myself and I'm just amazed that they run their business this way and are able to remain open. Don't let yourself live a bad dream. There are plenty of other choices. Any of them would likely be better than these clowns.

5 Stars for Victory Lane Chevrolet in Fort Myers! At Victory Lane Chevrolet, you don’t just buy a car—you build a relationship. Chris Campion went above and beyond when I purchased my Chevy Equinox, making the entire experience seamless and comfortable. His professionalism and dedication really made a lasting impression. Recently, I had an accident and wasn’t sure where to start. I stopped by the dealership, and once again, Chris was there to help me through it. His support and guidance during such a stressful time were invaluable. I highly recommend Victory Lane Chevrolet and Chris Campion if you're looking for exceptional service that truly puts customers first! Katerina D

***** DO NOT PURCHASE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY.*** I purchased a 2019 ram from here 3 years ago. ** Dan the finance man **sold me an all inclusive warranty. I made sure to ask questions like the deductible is $200 and I pay nothing else that’s it. Yep that’s it… Well nope that’s not it!! I have to pay for the $200 deductible and 50% of the repair total cost. I trusted Dan and Victory Layne as I was once employed here. I thought they would take better care of me than they did. But nope they just wanted to rip me off. Also on another topic. I paid $42,000 out the door for this truck. Now this truck is worth $18,000. In 3 years. I can live with getting ripped on the truck cause I know that’s how they do it here. I didn’t think they would screw me on the warranty! Don’t think cause the warranty company is Ally that they got your back. Don’t trust them even if it’s your brother.

Took my Equinox in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was heading back home when I heard a loud thumping sound. THEY FORGOT TO TORQUE 3 OF MY LUGNUTS. Commented on their FB page and they blocked me. Funny because I was actually looking to trade it for a newer one. They made that decision for me.
