Tristian knew all of the features of the certified used car we were considering so he was able to answer all our questions. He ensured we received the accessory we’d requested and that the paint touch up was scheduled with the service dept. The touch up turned out perfect and the service dept staff was very professional.

I was having my GPS updated from the 2020 ver. To the most recent. Larry Surman was my service consultant. The update did not go as planned due to a faulty part that was not readily apparent; Larry worked diligently till the repair and update were completed.

I could have rated 5 stars, but then there would be nothing to improve on, and there is always something! Some segments of the dealership actually could rate higher than a 5?
