Generally good but this time they forgot to turn off the “maintenance required soon”, so I’ll have to drive back 45 min just for that … and I do hope all the service I paid for was done…!

Everyone at the Dealership was nice and polite, especially my service writer, Anthony. We waited for our service work to be done where Germain had coffee and snacks available. It was a great experience.

Today I had a great buying experience with Eric Hart and Miguel Mitchell of Germain Toyota of Naples; they are a great sales/finance team who care about their customers. I originally had a maintenance appointment and Rudy Vargas from the service department also helped to make this transaction smooth. Thank you everyone - 5 stars to all three of them!
