It has been approximately 5 years since I started taking my vehicles to Germain Toyota to have my vehicles serviced. The tag team of Dameion Reed and Marco Quiroz are hands down awesome. Dameion has many years of service experience and is extremely knowledgeable and polite. As Dameion transitioned into a different role, his protege Marco has continued in his foot steps. Marco carries similar trates as Damieon. He advised me on what checks the technician was going to perform on my two vehicles and about how long the service was going to take. My vehicles were in for oil changes and tire rotations. My son and I were out of service with work completed and complementary car washes within a couple of hours, respectfully . I’ve used this dealership for many years about my car from the dealership out of state. They know what they’re doing and they’ve done it quite well all these years, The previous fellowship I use up north for a bottle. My other cars have made things difficult but your main Jermaine strives of perfection and they take care of their clients and a very proud that I have them here in this area them.

We were searching for a late model used vehicle. We stopped by Germain Toyota Naples where we met Ozzie Montoya who is part of the sales team. From that moment forward we were treated like family. We test drove several vehicles and eventually settled on a vehicle which meets our needs. There was never any pressure and Ozzie allowed us to proceed at your pace in making the decision. We are completely satisfied with the entire sales team. They were helpful, understanding, professional and not pushy in any way. We could not ask for a better car buying experience. As a follow up, when we took delivery of the vehicle Ozzie realized that the second key fob was missing. He promised to track down the missing fob and ended up sending it to us via Fed Ex. We are extremely impressed by Germain Toyota's customer service and Ozzie Montoya. We are keeping your business card on file Ozzie.
