I had a small problem, and I had established that the

I had a small problem, and I had established that the part I needed was available. When I arrived at noon without an appointment, the service staff got started replacing the old part, and I was out of there by 1:30 pm.

My service agent was excellent.

My service agent was excellent. I came in days before after being told to come in a Saturday by another agent who then told me they were to busy to take my car in for maintenance. This service agent noticed a nail in one of my tires that was also noticed by the one turning me away. After making an appointment to comeback for service my agent made sure to get new tires that day. It was not about the sale or the time but about my safety that that I’m leaving this review. I came back Wednesday for the remaining services and made sure he was able to help me as the other agents priority was to clock out.
