Although the dealership was short staffed the day I went,

Although the dealership was short staffed the day I went, they were able to attend to me and service my car in a timely manner. They even gave me a complimentary car wash upon request! Great people and great service!!

I loved Nury.

I loved Nury. She made my purchase the most comfortable. However the finance guy, Dustin was very pushy and basically called me stupid for not purchasing the gap and service plan. I was so put off by him that I will not be returning and I removed all Gettle logos on car. I have never been treated like that before.

All was good except one thing.

All was good except one thing. The repair guy was taking time off and did not finish the job. I was asked if I wanted to make another appointment to finish the job. I demurred and was told another person would finish. I was then told the part needed was unavailable. I left with pieces uninstalled on my front passenger floor. I don’t think it’s safe.

Sorry. Due to hearing problems I don’t do well on phones. If you wish to, provide me a private email or text and I’ll sort it out for you.

I had to call 4 times in 2 days to get any kind of update

I had to call 4 times in 2 days to get any kind of update on my car. The starter was being replaced. I left 3 voice mails and never got a call back until I complained to them about no one getting in touch with me. When they finally did call it was to tell me my was done and had been done. They said 15 minutes but I highly doubt the timing.
