Great employees, service facilities and attitude
Mary Phillipsen was aware of my personal need to move things along fairly rapidly and had everything set up to accomplish this. She a very personable young woman and extremely familiar with the many amenities of the XT5 and Cadillac services and policies. A real "Keeper"!

I was met by a service person as soon as I pulled in. He completed his paperwork and my car was taken for service. It was the first time I took my car in, and I could have not have received better service!.
