Great service advisor Julie
Julie is so helpful and friendly. She keeps you updated via phone email etc and explains things very well. I am driving my third Cadillac and no one has ever taken such good care of my cars needs. I only ask for her when I need service snd I know that she will always take good care of me.

Consistently Great
I love Sunset Cadillac because everyone in the service area is friendly and professional. Rod called to let me know about an issue, didn't get annoyed when I was too cheap to follow his suggestion, and let me know promptly when my car was ready. My ATS Leroy also loves going to Sunset Cadillac because he comes back cleaner!

Our Sales Consultant, Mary was outstanding. She was very professional, her knowledge was outstanding, she did everything above and beyond to make my Cadillac shopping experience a smooth and pleasant one. Everybody in the Cadillac Dealership was wonderful, our finance person was pleasant and ready for our closing, which made a quick transaction. All around a great experience.

Fun Buying a Car
I hate buying cars but this changed my opinion..probably the best car buying experience I have had....and I've had many over the years. Doug, our salesman was great....he listened to our needs and budget and made the deal work....I also like the fact that Doug handled the whole transaction.....no need to "meet the manager" process on this transaction.....that drives me over the top and I generally leave a dealership if they insist on it.
