Took 2021 Altima in for 5 point inspection Had to wait
Took 2021 Altima in for 5 point inspection Had to wait so spoke with sales Gael Martinez since lease was due 3 hrs later drove out in 2024 Altima sr Been a Nissan customer for 30 plus yrs was taking car back North and then was going to deal with Nissan dealership to end lease but Gael had the car I wanted and am very happy I took care of it in Sarasota at Gettel Nissan

Long Wait for Scheduled Oil Change Appointment - I
Long Wait for Scheduled Oil Change Appointment - I drive over 45 minutes to get to this dealership as I have been using them for a few years now. I scheduled my appointment for first appointment of the day and when I got there i was told there would be a 3 hour wait. I expressed my surprise and disappointment as I was a 'first in the morning scheduled appointment'. Service advisor said they only had two service guys to do the worked and they were over-booked with appointments. She did offer me an Uber to get me home and then pick me up once service was done. I declined the Uber as I mentioned I would be in a car for close to 2 hours round-trip if I did this and it would best if I just wait. I waited two and a half hours to get my car back for a basic oil change. I got no updates during my wait - the text I got from the service advisor never showed an update during the entire wait. Always show - Awaiting Service. Not happy with this last experience and may be taking my Nissan(s) to another dealership for future maintenance.

waited almost two hours to get my car back for an oil change. I had a three o’clock appointment for this service. I feel this service should have taken around thirty minutes at most.
