My Tacoma truck’s Cruise Control function was not

My Tacoma truck’s Cruise Control function was not working. I was able to get a quick appointment. The technician who checked me in listened to my explanation of the problem. Servicing took about an hour and the problem was fixed. The waiting room was clean and comfortable.

I purchased my Venza from Phillips Toyota.

I purchased my Venza from Phillips Toyota. Each time I have come in for service I have received courteous and immediate assistance whether or not I had an appointment. Repairs are explained thoroughly and done quickly. The waiting area is comparable. I would recommend them highly.’

I happen to work in car sales and pride myself in making

I happen to work in car sales and pride myself in making a delivery and a presentation exceptional for the people in front of me. Well, it was just like looking in the mirror from the moment I spoke to Robbie the manager to the moment I spoke to Tom the finance manager, and spoke to Keith as well. The gentleman handling my car sale I rate them out of a perfect score 10 they’re definitely a 20 Tom thank you Robbie thank you and Keith as well thank you for your professionalism

Courteous and friendly staff.

Courteous and friendly staff. I wasn't pressured this time to have things done there. I take my car to a different garage for anything going on besides free maintenance. I can't afford to have it done at the dealership.

I give the dealership 5 stars all because of TRACE, in

I give the dealership 5 stars all because of TRACE, in service. HE IS OUTSTANDING!!! THE STAR!!!! He is knowledgeable, thorough, listens to your every word and does a pre-diagnosis before the mechanic sees the car. Very attentive to needs of a waiting customer . Makes you feel like a person not just a thing that you have to take the keys from. Trace deserves recognition for the superb job he does. Customer service at its best.thank you Trace. I have been going to Seminole Toyota for years and a dozen or more times over same issue and asked for a complete inspection before insurance expired. Made appointment 12-3-25 waited 2 1/2 hrs to be told everything was fine nothing was wrong and no repairs or maintenance needed. Came to Phillips because same diagnostic code alert went off again, more than twenty plus times over the years. Just two months since a complete checkup at Seminole and then Trace brings me a list of maintenance needed and repairs to be done and solving the electronic alert issue. Please check the service that was done I will come to Phillips from now on. I don’t do reviews normally but I could not let this one go unanswered . Again, this rating is completely all because of Trace. I had no interaction with anybody else except the courtesy drives that took me to Cracker Barrel. Total time for service was 5 1/2 hours but very worth my while. ******** 3-11-26 Luedtke
