Service department is very attentive and efficient. My scheduled maintenance was performed on time and with minimal wait time.

I was told Phillips had the lowest dealer fees and the best prices. I was not told how truly friendly and low pressure the salesman would be. Keith made buying a car easy. Tom made the financing process easy too. If you want a Toyota, and you are near Leesburg, Florida, I highly recommend them.

Steve King was an awesome man to work with. Explained everything very thorough about the price of my new car and my trade in. Didn’t pressure me although another associate said someone else was interested.in the same car. Not sure that was true. . Left me alone with my family to discuss finances. When I decided to purchase the vehicle, he was very, very thorough explaining how to use the car, and what all the buttons were for and he even came to my house to make sure my garage would open with my new car.
