George Bonafede was a spectacular salesperson. My wife and I spend almost 6 hours deciding, changing minds, deciding and going back and forth. There was never any pressure from George. He answered ALL of our questions with no impatience or irritation. Wonderful guy to deal with.

Very accommodating, kind and professional. I was even outside the USA and they sold me a wonderful Grand Highlander Hybrid. Other dealers wouldn’t even talk to me. They are after customer satisfaction, not just your pocket book. Fast friendly service. 5 stars!

Had a check light on.
Had a check light on. After diagnostic. Sensor error, but it was not the Sensor, it was the wire harness , chewed by a rodent They replaced the harness while I waited. Thanks again!

I reached out to Phillips Toyota (along with 10 other
I reached out to Phillips Toyota (along with 10 other dealerships) to get their best out-the-door price with financing for a new Camry. They sent it to me, and even offered to keep the same price if paid in cash. They made the entire transaction smooth for an out of state buyer. I was disappointed they required a non-refundable deposit to hold the car for us for a few days, but they were also flexible with me on the payment method and ended up going with a personal check. The car wasn't quite ready when we arrived (5 minutes before our scheduled time). They didn't pressure me during closing, though we did end up getting an extended warranty. Everyone we dealt with nice and professional. They had us out the door in 2 hours (even with the test drive).
