This was a very pleasant service.

This was a very pleasant service. Tyler was prompt, polite and professional. He was even able to expedite my service as I had another obligation dropped on me the last minute. I did not have to deal with any hard sell pushes from random sales people like I had on previous visits and I greatly appreciated that. Finally, I got a few minutes to catch up with Ken, the nicest salesperson I've ever met. He put me in this Taco last year. Thank you Bev Smith team. Keep making improvements like this.

Ken is definitely the man to see at Bev Smith, I’m happy he’s back after a short hiatus, Bev Smith honestly gets my business because of his honesty and just an all around awesome guy. You will not be disappointed when you go and see Ken. I highly and personally recommend him. Thanks Ken.

I called to schedule an appointment to replace my

I called to schedule an appointment to replace my passenger side mirror and upon my arrival at my appointment I am told that we don’t have the part for your fix. This is my second poor experience with your service department. I did not get my car fixed.
