I took my 19 Camry in for an oil change this past week.

I took my 19 Camry in for an oil change this past week. Upon receiving my camry back from the service shop I was pulling out and making a left turn on a very busy US1 intersection when my car suddenly shut off. Luckily I was able to use the motion of the car to pull it onto the Dealership property. Mechanics came out and pushed my car back into the service shop. They then found out that an airhose was disconnected during the oil change which caused my car to malfunction. This caused me extra wait time for my car to be fixed, but more importantly put me in a dangerous situation when my car shut off as I was making a turn on US1.

It toke one hour to change a seat belt cover. And the coffee could be better! Nice service personale.

Being a customer of Earl Stuart Toyota for nine years

Being a customer of Earl Stuart Toyota for nine years spoiled me. The service and parts departments are night and day difference with Earl Stuart being laid out much nicer and Earl Stuart’s Presentation on the parts department is very nice. The service rep Anthony was a pleasure to work with. The Bev Smith dealership needs to step up their game on presentation and layout. Feels like a curb side auto repair shop. The parts department has no displays of anything and seems like a cold indent in the hall way. The service department at Earl Stuart is cleaner, flows much better and looks like a true Toyota dealership. I also do not remember Earl Stuart charging $20 fee for each line item being addressed. Another shortcoming at Bev is they sell you Bagels verses Earl Stuart providing free bagels. It’s the little things that make a difference. I will take the drive down to NPB for future service at Earl Stuart Toyota.

Tory has always been helpful and pleasant when I bring my

Tory has always been helpful and pleasant when I bring my car in for service. Keeps me informed and never pushes me to do anything I'm not comfortable in doing that day. Love the new showroom and it's so much more inviting and quieter.

Our Salesman was good.

Our Salesman was good. I am disappointed that the vehicle only had one key and was told they were looking for the other key and after I signed all the paperwork was told that they couldn't find it. When I went to get a second fob made, it was $557.00. I just wish they would have told me that before I wrote the check. They said, "it's about $100". Was offended and annoyed when the Sales Manager, Valentine used foul language and kept talking about himself.
