Yesterday while driving down US1 in Fort Pierce I had a...
Yesterday while driving down US1 in Fort Pierce I had a flat tire. Luckily, I was able to drive into the Coggin Acura parking lot where I was soon met by four kind gentlemen...Andy, Jeff, Goff and Richard all of whom did not hesitate to give me help. Within a short period of time they put on the spare tire, checked things out and had me ready to go!!

If I could add more stars I would. Exceptional experience. Out of town traveler. I have a non- Acura vehicle. AC stopped blowing cold (no AC in Florida not good) due to AC Component damage. Other dealership mis-diagnosed and 2nd dealership stated very high cost to repair. Met Brian Sattar, GM of Coggin Acura of Ft Pierce. He stated his Acura dealership would be happy to assist. I was introduced to Carmen, Service Advisor who I give an A+. She was exceptional in all aspects. My wife and I were treated like we were life-long customers by Brian and his staff. They found cause and completed repair quickly. Also, cost was almost 50% less than quoted at the original manufacturer dealership. We recommend everyone to experience true customer service and appreciation. Ty Brian, Carmen and team. Ps. 3 days after receiving our vehicle back, Brian Sattar, General Manager, called my wife and I personally to confirm the AC was operating properly and to thank us for our business. We have never received this level of customer service. What other General Manager would take their time to personally follow up. Wow.

bought sight unseen from jeffrey and rico, they are absolute superstars. dealt with several other dealerships online during the selection and buying process, but settled on coggin acura due to the professionalism and sincere concern they had for my family and myself. drove away knowing I bought the right car from the right people with no doubts or second regrets. I had never been to fort pierce, but now know I have friends there.
