I always thought of this dealer and brand as

I always thought of this dealer and brand as bullet-proof. I received a recall in January. Went in they said "no Parts". Checked four more times. Finally got on the schedule for August. Took the car in for scheduled maintenance and four new tires ($1400 package). Made the appointment month in advance. When I arrived service rep wanted to know what I needed done. Left car there for two days and while there I received email from sales rep wanting to know if I was interested in new car. I said sure. Went in at 9AM to discuss with sales Rep, he said "I have a 10:30 (not sure what he was doing between 9 and 10:30) appointment" so he would call me after that, Never heard from him. Long story short, I went in and they couldn't find my car nor keys. Sales rep forgot to show me "new car" and told me it was not very smart to pay $1400 for repairs if I wanted to trade. He did finally give me some "numbers" but didn't even show me the car. I told him I was on my way to talk to Audi and his reply was "be careful, their scheduled maintenance is very expensive". Next day he sent me a message, "you still interested?" This could have been my FIFTH new Acura but instead it was the last time I will ever darken their doors .

I recently bought a used car from King Acura only to find out it was a wreck rebuild with the front cap missing most of the screws buyer beware. Go elsewhere.

We are so sorry you have had this experience. But to state that no one at the Dealership cares is grossly overstated. While the process has taken some time, not by any fault of King Acura, we have done everything we could do to get the minor paint issues you have had taken care of. Our General Manager, our Customer Relations Manager and our Service Manager have all been heavily involved. Due to some logistical issues, it took Acura a while, but they had also responded and agreed to have the issues addressed. In fact, the vehicle had just come back from the Body Shop at the time of this review. (King Acura does not have a Body Shop) After your vehicle came back, our Service Manager inspected it to make sure it would meet your expectations and saw some flaws, so he called your husband in to inspect it. If we did not care, we would have washed our hands of this and clearly, we have not. The paint issue is a warranty issue that is between you and Acura, we do not warranty the cars, we repair them as directed by Acura. Whatever it is that you want beyond the paint repair is also between you and Acura and has absolutely nothing to do with us. Again, while we are so sorry that you have had this experience and we understand why you would be upset, to say that no one at King Acura cares is absurd and uncalled for.

Acura brand has been in our family for 33 years, 31 of them with King Acura. we purchased 3 vehicles from King Acura (the OG was from GA when we lived there) and have used King for all service on 4 different Acuras. Recently while performing a service on our oldest Acura, it was returned to us with a large crack in the windshield. It took the service manager one week to respond and his response amounted to "so what, too bad and not my issue." 31 out of 33 years with this group, so much money spent there and this is how they choose to treat long standing customers. Highly recommend others find another place to purchase and service their vehicle if in the market for or currently own an Acura. You will not be valued here.

We are so sorry that you had this experience! Unfortunately, when a vehicle comes in with stars already in the windshield they can easily spread without warning. While we do take responsibility when damage occurs in our shop, we are not responsible when a vehicle comes in with a damaged windshield and the crack is from that damage. A Raving Fan!

I must give a shoutout to both the salesman Jefferson and the Pre Owned Sales Manager Kim. They are a class act who puts the customer first and treats you in a professional manner! I chose to purchase a Certified Pre Owned Acura RDX! The entire sales experience was without pressure and they worked around my schedule! So if you are in the market for a new or pre owned Acura it is worth the drive to work with the friendly people at King Acura. They made me a RAVING FAN

No integrity

I purchased a used truck, and on the drive back home it made a noise and part of the top came loose. I immediately called the sales man Richard who told me he would talk to his boss and get back with me. Did he? No. I called back and got the run around. I filled out a dissatisfied review and Rhonda called and spoke to me. She told me she would get to the bottom of it and call me back by Monday Did she? No! Its been over a week and still no call back. I called and left a message for her and still no call back. Yes I understand that a used vehicle is sold "as is" BUT this happened on the ride home not days later. The part that makes me most unhappy is being lied to. This is NO way to do business!! Be wary, VERY wary when purchasing a used vehicle from these people.

Second worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in...

Second worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in 20 years of dealing with service departments. The customer greeter in the service department was aggressive, short with answers and made sure there was tons of attitude in those answers towards me and the customer behind me. After calling corporate Acura I found out that the information she gave me was wrong as well. This was the first and last time I will step foot on King Acura’s property. They may be a great dealership to buy from, but their service greeter has zero customer service or communication skills.

Great Experience!

We had a great experience buying our 2016 Toyota Sienna van. Our salesperson (I forget his name 😬) was super nice and easy to work with. We really appreciated hearing Christian music playing. I would definitely buy another car from King Acura.
