Repairs were not done due to age of vehicle. Too many items had gone bad.

Chip Evans the salesman was so helpful and really knew the vehicle and could answer all my questions. He took time to show me each vehicle I wanted to look at and testdrive so I got the vehicle that was just right for me.

The dealership took my wife?s vehicle in for a small issue, turned out to be a trailer brake switch which is $15 on Amazon. Was told on a Wednesday morning it would be a quick fix so we dropped it off while my wife was at work. Find out on Monday after calling the dealer because we had not heard ANYTHING that they didn?t know how long until it could be fixed! Come to find out she had to order the part and had no ETA. But that?s not the worse part, it?s not a part that keeps the car from running ect. There was no excuse or reason for the poor communication or lack there of, this has been about the 3rd or 4th chance we?ve given Riverside Chevy Service. So we were down one vehicle for a week with no solution and no excuse for holding the vehicle hostage. No More! We will take the drive to Capital GMC in Montgomery and gladly have them service our vehicles. Riverside is 3 miles from our home. Convenient isn?t always the best option. Drive a little farther and go to Montgomery and see the impeccable staff and service department at CLASSIC GMC.

You could never find a dealership that will go the extra mile in the sales or in the service department. Always ready to help you.

Excellent Service , Great Customer Service, A clean place to wait while your Vehicle is being service. They don?t have you waiting for hours and hours.

Missing parts after service was done . Had srews missing on engine air filter and brought it to the attention of Laurie the service advisor at riverside and she became very hostile. Another occasion had a sway bar link missing after being told that I needed both c v axles and cv outter seal replaced. On another occasion I had tires rotated last year and they forgot to tighten up lugs and tire almost came of on 231 right in front of dealership and Wes Bonner calls and offered me a cup of coffee . Really I could of been killed and you offer me coffee. This dealership does not show any respect in the service department. The parts department are top notch thanks to chuck and Robbie
