Worked my Silverado in for a new battery.

Worked my Silverado in for a new battery. Dropped it off the day before. They also changed oil and rotated tires. They did a complimentary wash and vacuum. I only had to reset the clock. Everything else was retained. Very good job!

Clean, comfortable waiting area.

Clean, comfortable waiting area. Friendly staff. Good online scheduling. Reasonable pricing, and serviced vehicle in a reasonable time frame. Did not try to upsell. In fact, I have never felt that they were trying to give me service I didn?t need. I like doing business with them.

Bought a used car with stop leak present in the coolant

Bought a used car with stop leak present in the coolant tank causing a cracked head gasket. Service department would not look at the vehicle. Bad business and terrible dealership. Do not buy here!!

Prompt Service

I receive good and timely service when I go to Terry Thompson Chevrolet. Easy to schedule the work to be done and out quickly. The Service Manage, Blair Bateman, is extremely accommodating whenever I need something done.

Great place all around!

Great service department! Set the appointment, get in and out in a timely manner. Went over my inspection and let me know any issues they found and had a quote ready. Sales department assisted me with both of my used car purchases. Gave all the options and offered extended warranties for them.

Poor service department

This dealership had my car for almost a mrh in the service department. Very poor communication and when you call they are rude. And of course i get the standard response call us we would like to make it right. Seems to me that they should put out the effort to contact me. Never again will i use this dealership.

Best service in town

I needed ab oil change before a long trip and they schedule my service promptly. The facilities are nice and the customer service is top notch. Will schedule all my services with them for sure.
