Terry Thompson is number 1 in my eyes. Bianca the online Sales Associate, who need to be Senior Sales Associate in my opinion was very helpful, she reviewed... the details of the car with me abruptly in a timely manner. Her customer service was excellent and she suggested some idea's on how to purchase the vehicle. Unfortunately the lenders wouldn't approve me because of my credit, but that's something I have to keep working on to establish. I pray that GOD will continue to guide her into great success. Along with the entire Terry Thompson team.

I just bought a used Toyota Corolla... not a big dollar sale, but my salesman, James Mateikat, literally worked on his day off to help me get this car.... My documents were a mess. WE HAVE HAD THE WORSE EXPERIENCE WITH OUR NEW 2018 TRAVERSE. I TOOK THE VEHICLE IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND ASKED THEM TO CHECK IT BECAUSE THERE WAS A NOISE... COMING FROM MY FRONT PASSENGER SIDE AND I HAD TO KEEP ASKING THEM TO DOUBLE CHECK AND AFTER THE 3RD TRY THEY CLAIM THEY FOUND A PROBLEM WITH THE STRUT. THEY CLAIMED THEY FIXED IT AND WHEN WE GOT THE VEHICLE HOME I NOTICED THEY DIDNT PUT THE TRIMMING BACK RIGHT AROUND THE WINDSHIELD. I CALL BACK WHEN I NOTICED IT AND THE SERVICE GUY STATED IT WAS NOT ANYTHING THEY COULD HAVE DONE. I ASKED A FRIEND TO LOOK AT IT AND HE TOLD ME YES IT HAS TO BE REMOVED. THE SERVICE GUY ALSO STATED HE WOULD HAVE TO TALK TO HIS MANAGER AND CALL BE BACK THE NEXT DAY AROUND 8:30 AND I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. I CALLED AND HE WAS NOT AVAILABLE SO I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER AND GOT HIS VOICEMAIL. BUT I CAN SAY IT DIDNT TAKE HIM LONG TO RETURN MY CALL. HE WAS THE MOST UNDERSTANDING AND DID APOLOGIZE FOR THE GUY NOT UNDERSTANGING HIS JOB. WE LIVE 2 HOURS AWAY FROM THE DEALERSHIP AND COULDNT RETURN TILL THE WEEKEND AND WE WERE ONLY OFFERED A DARN CAR WASH ON OUR NEXT OIL CHANGE. ME HUSBAND CONTACTED OUR SALESMAN AND TOOK CARE OF OUR GAS FOR THAT TRIP BACK. NEEDLESS TO SAY MY VEHICLE IS STILL NOT RIGHT. THE NOISE IS WORSE AND THE VEHICLE DRIVES LIKE SOMETHING IS VERY LOOSE. IT MY PRIMARY VEHICLE TO GET TO WORK AND AROUND AND I NEED MY VEHICLE AND DONT NEED TO KEEP TAKING IT BACK AND FORTH TO THE DEALER TO GET SOMETHING FIXED OVER AND OVER ON A NEW VEHICLE. SO ONCE AGAIN WE HAVE TO HEAD BACK TO THE DEALER SHIP THIS WEEK AND I PRAY THEY CAN ACTUALLY FIX IT THIS TIME THE RIGHT WAY.

I went to Terry Thompson to look for a Chevy Spark. They did not have one but the salesman showed us a Sonic. We liked it and sat down to business. We... were given a payment range and accepted it and they took our down payment but when we got back to sign paperwork the payments were a lot higher. We agreed since they already had our money. We needed to bring in another paper which we did the following Tuesday. It is almost 2 weeks later and we still don’t have any paperwork to get our plates or anything. No one answers the phone or returns my calls. Will never go there again unless it’s to return the car I can’t get plates for.
I am so sorry to hear that you are not happy with your experience so far. It is our policy to wait until a deal is funded prior to sending out any pap...erwork. I am very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you. You should have your paperwork any day now and should have no problems getting your tag, as you are still in the grace period. We drove in just to look around at the used car section at Terry Thompson Chevrolet with no real intention of making a purchase that day. Soon thereafter... we were the proud owners of a slightly used 2017 Cadillac ATS thanks to salesman Marty Rowe making us a great deal on it.
