I brought my 2021 Trailboss with less than 11k miles on

I brought my 2021 Trailboss with less than 11k miles on it in for a service a left with a very noticeable dent in my door that was not there before the service. Management said they would call be back to schedule a time to have the dent fixed but no call happened. I would not recommend this dealership service at all. ​

The service department is painfully slow. 3 hours to get my vehicle serviced is way to long.

Service after you purchase is crappy.

My granddaughter bought a used car from here, it had not been cleaned from trade-in yet but they let her take it and was told to bring it back in to be detailed and to have the dent fixed and the painting that needed to be done on Friday when their people were there that did theses things. We took it in on a Friday morning and service told us the dent people were only there on Thursday, they cleaned it and painted the front panel, leaving runs in the paint that I had to show them. We took it back yesterday morning and told them she would need it by 3 PM, we got there and they had not even touched the car. All they did was say that her car was not the only one they had to fix. We are having everything fixed at a professional service center by good people. Very unprofessional service department. Needless to say, we will never do business with Terry Thompson Chevrolet and will tell everyone we know how bad the service is.

No one spoke to me as I came in. I was 20 minutes late for my 8am appointment but I?m assuming because I was late everyone that came in after me got their vehicle serviced before me.

Don’t trust this place.

Really disappointed with this dealership and it looks like my situation is weirdly similar to others. I had been in communications with one of their sales reps about a used vehicle they had offered for sale. I was out of town and indicated I could be there the next day. I asked if I could put a $1000 non refundable deposit down and the dealership denied me! So I said okay I would call them in the next morning to see if the vehicle was still there. I’m on my way the next morning, I call and ask if the vehicle is still available. I was told yes it still was and that I would go ahead and get my credit Union to set everything up. AFTER setting all finances up, having my credit hit, and on the way I was then notified that the used car manager worked a deal with his in-laws and they bought the vehicle. This is not the first in-law deal that I’ve read which is really shady. If your a manager and you know your selling to in-law, don’t even bother listing the car for sale in the first place. Very poor customer service and I really appreciate hitting my 800 credit score for absolutely no reason.

Jason Morris is the worst most incompetent service...

Jason Morris is the worst most incompetent service manager in the history of the industry !!! Brought my car in in a Friday after hours, called on Saturday morning to let them know it was there, and came in on Monday morning to speak with Blair about the issue. I was told it would be 1 to 2 days before I knew anything. The service ticket did t even get written until 5 days later and was repeatedly told just a few more days, just a few...... Finally 3 weeks later im picking up the car after a 4 hour job and Jason wants to act like they're doing me a favor when I approach him about the repeated lies and put-offs !!! He told me that there was none else above him for me to call and talk to and told me that I wasn't welcome back when I asked him to make it right and do something for me, ie. oil change, detail, etc.... I promptly let him know (in no uncertain terms) that I cannot imagine a circumstance in which I would be so inclined as to bring my car back to you clowns !!! Jason Morris is the world's biggest joke to a service department !!!!!

Awful company. Worst car buying experience I've ever had....

Awful company. Worst car buying experience I've ever had. If I could give negetive 5 stars I would. When I asked are they going to pay my trade in off they said yes so I asked a 2nd time are they going to pay it completely off the salesman Mike said yes we are. Never once told me they were only paying cash price and putting the rest on my new loan. Which is fraud. Trade in value was 27k-30k which I owed just over 28k on it. And then the cash price was 22k screwed me out off close to 7k. And the car I traded in was a special 50th anniversary edition mustang with 65,000 miles on it and I got a truck with 194,000 so I was basically doing them a favor in the first place. But yet they still screwed me. And the financial guy jason forced me to put gap insurance on it I asked how much it would lower payment without gap and he said it would actually go up which I knew was a lie from the beginning. Should've walked away then put didnt. If you're reading this please save yourself from a nightmare of a company and go anywhere else. This was a mistake I had to learn the hard way.

Terrible experience. Bought a suburban. Came down to Daphne to pick it up and was told the owner sold it to one of his buddies. Totally unprofessional. Did not get a phone call, just an apologetic email.
