My advisor Craig was extremely helpful. He gave me a way to save a $900 towing bill and get my car to the dealership on my own! I will continue to use Lexus of Mobile!!

Completed appt request with a loaner online at least 3
Completed appt request with a loaner online at least 3 days in advance. Received texts daily reminding me of appt and received a call the evening before from a live person from the dealership only to arrive at Lexus the morning of and told that I didnt have an appt. I was later told that the person I was scheduled with was off. Also told that the online scheduling system doesn’t work. No loaner was given initially bc I made my appt online. So I waited 2 hrs with no updates… texted/called Saline via the # sent to me with no response. After 2.5 hrs, I went to her office asking for an update bc I haven’t heard anything. She gets an attitude and says “whatever”. When I questioned her saying “whatever” to me she just shook her head and called to check on my vehicle. She went to get my keys and paperwork and says… you may need to add 1-2 quarts of transmission fluid. My reply was “I’m about to pay $169 for diagnostic check and you’re not able to tell me if it’s low or not.” Poor customer service. I requested to speak with the manager whom was very professional and helpful; was then provided with a loaner while the manager had them to check to see if I actually needed transmission fluid. Previous encounters there with Stan were great! Not so much with Saline.

Very slow service
An hour and a half appointment turned into 4hours. They could not find the part that was in stock. But all in all a decent experience.

Great service, customer focused, except for labor rate which is excessive. Happy with the loaner car and the complimentary car wash.

Excellent work!
They do an excellent job and my service advisor is the best. She goes above and beyond to exceed customer expectations. Saline actually cleaned a stain off the luggage area headliner. She did not have to do that but she wanted it done right. I
