The Lexus service center is a major reason we have driven

The Lexus service center is a major reason we have driven a Lexus for over 20 years. The Lexus is a great car and their service department is the best ever. Ernie treats his customers with great care and attention. He makes it hard to even think about changing dealers!

No one followed up after sending an email with questions.

No one followed up after sending an email with questions. I sent two emails and after waiting a week I was going to call but found the car was no longer on their website or on Cars.Com. Very disappointed.

I came in on a Friday afternoon, because my car was

I came in on a Friday afternoon, because my car was making a loud squeal while I was driving and also when braking. I just knew it was my brake and rotors, and by it being the F-sport trim, it would be $1500, because I'd just replace the rear 4 months ago. So, I go in and they greeted me right away, and told me that they would send it to the back and have a look. I also mentioned that I needed an oil change, but I can schedule that for next week. I was told "Well, since you are here, we'll try to get that done for you too." Keep in mind, this is a FRIDAY afternoon, and I'm sure everyone is ready to go. But, they never made me feel like I was holding them up. After about an hour and a half, the technician comes out and informs me that he tested the car and he did hear the squeal, but after putting it in reverse and then driving around some, the noise stopped. They inspected all the brakes and rotors and he said that he could see that a rock or some object was stuck between the brakes and rotors and that was probably the noise I heard. Oh, and they changed my oil too! After the $20 off coupon that I had for an oil change, I was out the door for just under $200, which included the diagnostic charge. I walked away thinking "i just won $1300!" I did notice that I didn't get the regular car wash after my oil change, but I didn't mind, because, after all, it was a Friday evening and they were short-staffed, and I have a car wash subscription elsewhere. The Service Advisors are really good here, and they keep you informed. Usually, Ernie is my Service Advisor, but in his absence, Liz took great care of me. -CJ
