Don't buy from palmers Toyota

Went there looking for a new truck,spoke to salesman and sales manager,since the covid,they don't offer any discounts,I agree to pay the sticker price plus the doc fee,but they added a 2500 dealer profit because of shortage of cars,I told them I would buy one from them,but I wanted a certain color,and I would not pay the 2500 extra dealer profit, they said they would waive the 2500,6 weeks later they got the exact truck I wanted,2000 higher plus the 2500 dealer profit,I told the salesman that the sales manager name morgan, said he would waive it,he went and talked to Morgan,and said Morgan would call me in 15 minutes,never happened,so I called and left a message for Morgan,as well as the owner Jacob Palmer, neither one bothered to return calls,called back salesman and he said sorry Morgan was not going to do it, because of supply

I had a 12:30 appointment with Paul Brewer the used car...

I had a 12:30 appointment with Paul Brewer the used car director and the EVENT HOST for this buy back event. Which advertised that they used KBB values. But the EVENT HOST ( PAUL BREWER) told me that KBB was for California and NADA SOUTHERN was for us down here. So that let's me know that Paul Brewer is a LIER or dumb enough not to know what the advertisement said. KBB values our Rav4 at $38,124 trade in and $41,309 private party. Our Rav4 XLE Premium FWD SUV has 9591 miles, is in very excellent-like new condition. Inside still smells new. If Paul Brewer will LIE ABOUT THIS WHAT ELSE WILL HE LIE ABOUT? He offered me $32,000.00 for our car. We don't have to sale our car just wanted another truck. We had a very good salesman (Joseph) when we got car in early March of 2021. We Love our car. We feel like this buy-back and Paul Brewer...is a BIG JOKE.

They lied about a used car. Said it was fine and passed...

They lied about a used car. Said it was fine and passed all test. This car has never stopped giving me trouble and costing me money. CD player doesn’t work properly, looses freeon daily, oil consumption problem, radiator messed up and the list goes on. I wrote to the owners son and he basically chewed me out

The used car salesman John is the worst person to deal...

The used car salesman John is the worst person to deal with. He will push a car on you with his lying aggressive behavior. They sold me a used car that passed all their inspections so I trusted them. This car has given me nothing but trouble and even the CD player jams. I wrote a long letter to the owner and he did not care. Buyer beware of this dealership and make if you buy one from them, don’t use John and get a warranty because the dealership doesn’t care about you

Boy !!! First of all the website sucks !!!! Second how do y’all think you gonna sell anything if the people can’t see it come on the first thing people do is shop online and no I’m not gonna fill out a 20 page question just to see a pic of 1 vehicle

They want something for nothing in trade

Wish I had a book to write on this one.. I went to check out a vehicle they had on the lot, I verified 3 TIMES what the price was, then after test driving the used vehicle and them appraising my car which is in close to mint condition, the sales person slapped the numbers in front of me showing the price of the vehicle as 2k more than they told me over the phone! And if that weren't a slap in the face, they wanted to give me less than 2k the MINUMUM book value of my car! I'm not an idiot. Also I should have known since every vehicle on their site shows "call for price". Probably so they can rig it up once you test drive it. I will never ever shop their or suggest anyone buy from this dealership. Unless their my enemy then maybe I might but not sure I have it in me to wish that on someone.. Side note. The salesperson was very nice. I think the issue in my case was the loan officer thinking I'm an idiot. I never even met the loan officer, I could just tell by the look on the salesperson's face as if she was embarrassed to show me the numbers. Don't get messed over. Don't even browse here. There are many more reputable dealers out there which are much more forthcoming with prices and will give much more for your vehicle.
