Civil Engineer & farmer

I purchased a new F-150 on a very rainy day. Dec. 31, 2018. Jordan Kelley was very accommodating & helpful. He answered all my questions about the new F-150. He showed me several trucks & took the time to find what I was looking for. Ryan Newton (business manager) was great to work with & got me on the road quickly with a new truck! Couldn’t have been more pleased!

Simple Process

I began reaching out to several dealerships in the area seeking out a new Ford Escape and it became clear that Ford Lincoln of Franklin and, specifically, Jeff Dawson were the most willing to put in the work to earn my business, without being aggressive. After going back and forth several times on various configurations, Jeff consistently gave me the best offers. Once we arrived at the dealership, we test drove the vehicle we were interested in and had all of our questions, concerns, etc. completely addressed with full transparency. Jeff worked with the sales managers and finance group to meet our numbers (Ryan did a great job getting us great financing). In comparison to previous car buying experiences, this was the least strenuous.

Repeat customer!

Our sales person (Tuck) was very new to the dealership so his name isn't showing up in the options. He was great to work with and we plan to head back when the new Rangers are available to look at.

Clyde was great. Drove 3 hours. Quick and easy

We drove 3 hours and it was worth the drive. No surprises with the vehicle when we got there Clyde was great to work. Thanks we are happy with the Highlander.

Neede repairs got another truck

Hunter from service and Hunter Stinson in sales were outstanding in both their departments. Went in for repairs and wound up getting another truck. Got what I wanted fro the price I wanted it for. Best sales process I ever went through. Customer service is what I look for in a company and what I received here was top notch.

Nightmare

Jessie is the sales manager, if that’s what you would call him? Swore up and down he would stand by his word with a transmission issue. Bought a car and 7 days later the transmission went out. This was a 2017 vehicle with 62 thousand miles. Has never reached out, or returned messages. DONT BUY HERE!!!!!

It is easy to get a service appointment when you need one. The employees are friendly and very helpful . They always provide a rental car when you leave yours for service to be done.
