Fantastic Service!

Justin Abernathy is the best! He's super friendly, and knows his stuff. Loved getting to chat with him while I stopped by Nissan Rivergate. Would definitely recommend stopping in- Justin will hook you up!

QUICK, EASY, PAINLESS .......

I called in and spoke with Justin Abernathy inquiring about a new Nissan Titan and explained that I had a few hiccups regarding by past credit history, after talking with him for a few minutes I decided to make the hour drive to see if him and his team could assist. Once arriving he already had the truck of interest out front and greeted me with a smile! From that point on it felt like I had known him for a while. Justin, while training a new hire (Isaac Austin) made the buying process as easy as 1 2 3 with ZERO pressure and very knowledgeable about questions I asked along the way. After agreeing on price, payment, and rate I was then met by Todd Taylor the finance manager, this guy is not your typical finance guy trying stuff unwanted products down your throat in some back office after the sale. He was no pressure and easy to communicate with! My overall experience is 10 stars plus! Huge thanks to Justin, Isaac, and Todd for making a bad credit scenario turn out good! Sincerely B.R.C

First time buyer ... Lifelong customer

After shopping at several Nissan dealers in middle Tennesse over the course of a week, my husband and I decided to purchase our Rogue Sport from Nissan of Rivergate. This was our first purchase from them, but they treated us as if we were lifelong customers. Normally filling out finance paperwork is boring, but the finance manager, Zach Nguyen, made the whole process fun. Our sales consultants, Justin Garlock and Nikki Wallace, were both extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and SUPER helpful. Nikki spent at least 30 minutes explaining how all of the features work while Justin swapped our license plates and helped my husband transfer everything from our old car into the Rogue. As we were finishing up, the General Manager walked up and thanked us for our business, made sure that we were 100% satisfied, and presented us with a small gift of appreciation. Nothing like that has ever happened to us In the 40+ years that we've been purchasing vehicles! The folks at Nissan of Rivergate are top-notch all the way. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Customer satisfaction

From the front door to the back door these people look out for your personal well being. They treat you with respect, they listen to YOU and fulfill your NEEDS. I have lived from Maine to Florida and I always come here to trade. It’s always like coming home. Great group of people!

Best customer service!

This was such a easy experience for my family and I. Nikki was over the top! She delivered our vehicle to Louisville from Nashville and took her time explaining every option the car offered.

Resolve a problem

My wife and I bought a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder in May 2017. We understood the salesman to say the navigation system would automatically be updated by Nissan through satellite. I received a letter in the mail that the navigation system needed to be updated. I spoke to Mr. Ted Williams about this. We found out that the S D. Card was not updated by Nissan and to update we would have to buy another S D Card for $129.00. Mr. Williams offered to replace the card, and he did. We are very happy with Nissan of Rivergate and will continue to do business with this dealership.

Great Experience

After searching online at other dealerships I found the car that was perfect for me! Almost immediately after inquiring online I was contacted by Scott Rowe. When I met with him at the dealership to test drive the car I knew right away that I wanted to purchase from him. He was patient in answering all of my questions and gave 110% in trying to get my loan approved. Zach was tons of fun and made the pain of signing away my hard earned money a little more bearable. 5 days after my purchase Scott called to check in and make sure I was still loving my Juke and didn't have any questions for him. You will be hard pressed to find service like that elsewhere!
